El hotel está ubicado en una zona que no tiene nada y alejada del centro pero tiene parada de autobús al lado. La limpieza bien: todo perfecto, aunque sábanas un poco viejas. Cuando llegamos para hacer el check-in no había nadie, pero cuando le llamamos por teléfono vino enseguida. Las instalaciones bien, estaría guay si añadiera más sillas en la zona de las máquinas expendedoras y en la terraza. Por el precio pagado no estaba mal.

What a great hotel! I had reserved a standard twin room, but I jumped on it when I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite for a reasonable increase. We had a lovely room with a couch, comfortable beds and linens, excellent pillows, and coffee service! The breakfast was generous- fresh fruit, coffee, cereal (real cereal! Not all sugar junk kids' stuff!), eggs, meats, juice, bread, and even salmon! A nice gentleman kept the dining area neat and the food replenished. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon, the woman at the front desk was pleasant, but the young woman who checked us out was lovely and very sweet. Plenty of restaurants in the area and street parking is free on Sunday. We were very pleased with the Sercotel Posuelo.

Recomendado, aunque podría ser un poco mas económico Limpio, comodo y el Buffett está muy bien. Reponen enseguida. Si desayunas bien, llegas perfectamente a la comida. Mucha tranquilidad y el personal muy amable.

Es otro hotel más de la cadena B&B. Me gustan para pasar una noche. En este caso podría estar un poco más cuidado por fuera pero está bien. Los desayunos con un poco de todo, correctos. Estuvimos una noche por la zona en la que teníamos que estar pero si estás por la A6 es una buena opción.

This block of accommodation claims to be a 4 star hotel. It is not. It is averaging 2 star at best. Without doubt, bargain basement on a budget. I arrived to check in, no one was at the desk. Patiently, I waited and was eventually noticed by the one and only member of staff at the checkin desk. The booking in process started. I had a double room booked….I was given a twin. When I questioned the twin room, I was told the Hotel was full, and as my booking was such a short notice booking, only a twin was available. Being on a business trip and on my own, I accepted the twin. When I got to the room and opened the door, I was nearly knocked out by the heat blast that escaped from the room. Being from England, currently experiencing single figure temperatures, some of them on the minus scale, I assumed that the locals were inviting me with a warm welcome. Thinking nothing of it, I entered the room, unpacked my very basic travel bag, cranked down the Air Conditioning to a very British 15 degrees, and headed out to the office I was visiting. On returning from the office and opening the Hotel room door, It was nothing more than an Inferno. I reported the air conditioning failure to the reception desk and………………………..
