Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel convenable, propre, avec une chambre lumineuse. Le gérant est très sympa et toujours arrangeant. Nous avons bénéficié de massages c’était agréable. Nous avons même réservé une nuit de plus pour le bien-être. Nous recommandons.

아침 식사는 풍부하고 다양합니다. 선택은 매우 적습니다. 작은 계란후라이가 좋습니다. 뜨겁고 차가운 음식은 자신의 음식과 결합할 수 있습니다. 2층에서는 바다의 풍경을 직접 볼 수 있습니다. 정말 좋습니다.

Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. 우리는 주방과 거실이 있는 스튜디오 아파트, 이웃한 고층 건물의 14층, 알렉산드리아의 환상적인 전망, 빠른 인터넷, 편안한 침대, 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 체크인은 빠르게 진행되었고 우리는 즉시 아파트로 이동하여 모든 것을 설명하고 보여주었습니다. 주방에는 요리에 필요한 도구가 없었습니다. 체크인하는 동안 접시, 프라이팬 등을 가져오라고 요청했는데 아침에 가져오겠다고 들었습니다. 하지만 아침에 아무것도 가져오지 않았기 때문에 우리는 다시 리셉션으로 내려가 주방 도구에 대해 상기시켜야 했습니다. 그 후에야 그들은 필요한 것을 전달했습니다. 사실 주방용품이 부족해서 일반 방보다 비싼 원룸을 빌리는 건 말도 안 되는 일이었습니다. 우리는 아이들을 위한 저녁 식사를 준비할 수 없어 대신 식당에 가야 했고, 아침에는 또 우리 자신과 아이를 위한 아침 식사를 준비할 수 없었습니다. 둘째 날 마침내 조리기구가 우리에게 배달되었을 때, 그것은 정말 훌륭했지만 첫날은 우리를 크게 실망시켰습니다.

Lovely, cozy hotel perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend away. The location of Montazah gardens and old fashioned setting makes you feel like you stepped back in time. Staff are professional, room was very clean, and bed was very comfortable. The view of the garden from our room was nice but it can get pretty crowded on the weekend so we kept the window closed for privacy. One piece of advice to the hotel management is to include the 50 LE per night parking fee in the whole package because it felt kind of tacky being asked for it at checkout.

I would like to thank Mrs Joumana from guest relations. We faced some challenges when we arrived on the first days but she managed to turn our experience completely. The cleaning became perfect and all our requests were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the complimentary gesture offered by the hotel. I am leaving the hotel as a happy satisfied guest.
