JJosephineThe lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!

AAlexander VladimirovichAn excellent accommodation of apartment-type, centrally located to the main street and the fishing harbor with moai. Hosts were super helpful with booking tours and airport transfers. The only drawback was low lateral soundproofing, so don't plan anything noisy (smirk).

LLeona RFantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable.
Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!)
Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents.
Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming.
We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.

익익명 사용자The service and location are great. The reception is very friendly and try their best to address our concerns/ queries. The room is basic but comfortable enough. Heating pads kept us warm during the night although the gas heater is on from 7 to 10pm only.

방은 괜찮 았습니다. 이층 침대는 튼튼했습니다. 실내, 옥상, 옥상 등 3 개의 거실 공간이있었습니다.
레이 라가토는 전형적인 국제적인 호스텔 분위기와 서비스를 제공합니다. 개선의 주요한 방은 와이파이 였는데, 느리고 불안정했습니다. 이것이 아타카마의 지리에 관한 것인지 확실하지 않습니다.

- 편안하고 평화로운 분위기(토요일에 바베큐/수영장 파티를 할 때 제외)
단점:
-방에 에어컨/천장 선풍기 부족
- 세부 사항에 더 많은 관심이 필요합니다(예: 테라스 벤치 금이 가고 테라스 의자/테이블이 상당히 피곤함)
-편의 시설(비누 등)이 더 좋을 수 있습니다.
-바닥 외에는 여행가방을 둘 곳이 없고 옷을 둘 공간이 거의 없다.
- TV가 없으면 일부 사람들에게 사기가 될 수 있습니다.
-조식 뷔페는 더 다양하고 품질이 좋을 수 있습니다.

AamatravelcharacterI recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants.
Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
