우리는 어젯밤에 여기에 머물렀고 전혀 감동하지 않았습니다. 먼저 우리는 혈관 알기 때문에 목욕이있는 방을 요청하기 위해 전화를 걸었습니다. 그리고 더 쉽게 잠을 잘 수 있도록 목욕없이 어디에도 머 무르지 않습니다. 우리는 우리 방에 하나가 있다고 약속 받았다. 우리가 도착했을 때 우리는 우리 방에 욕조가 없다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 리셉션에서 하나가있는 방으로 교환되도록 요청한 후, 우리는 호텔이 완전히 가득 찼다 고 들었습니다. 그들은 방을 바꿀 직원이 없었기 때문에 우리가 주어진 방에 머물러야했습니다. 리셉션 구역과 바의 계단은 매우 현대적이고 훌륭합니다. 우리 침실은 냉장고, 주전자 및 철판을 갖추고 있었지만 장식은 매우 날짜가 ... 저렴한 예산으로 현대화 된 것으로 보이는 방이었습니다. 우드 칩형 벽은 여전히 특징이었고 별도의 방이었던 화장실은 무겁고 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 방은 또한 고양이의 냄새가났다. 나는 왜 그런지 모른다. 그러나 그것은했다. 바는 매우 짧은 직원이었고 우리는 발에서 쓸 렸던 한 바 직원에게 매우 유감스럽게 생각했습니다. 우리는 방에 가기 전에 커피를 마실 수 없었습니다. 바 직원의 관점에서 완전히 이해할 수있었습니다. 그는 너무 바빴 기 때문에 기계를 끄지 만 호텔 관점에서 볼 때 가난했습니다 ... 당신은 더 많은 직원이 절실히 수용해야합니다. 당신이 가진 큰 호텔. 목욕을하지 않으면 잠을 잘 수없는 불안한 밤을 보냈습니다. 아침 식사는 확실히 플러스 포인트 였지만 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원이 읽을 수없는 사람들에게 무슨 일이 일어나는지 알려주지 않기 때문에 주차 요금을 지불했는지 묻는 표지판이있는 것을 좋아하지 않았습니다. 좋은 £ 100 벌금은 그들이 아마도 얻을 것입니다 ... We stayed at the hotel as a last minute booking because the premier inn was full, it was cheap and the reviews were ok. We rang up before to make sure we had a bath in our room and the gentleman dealing with us ‘Tariq’ was really accommodating and sorted that for us, going to the trouble of moving us rooms at no extra cost. We arrived at the ATZ&H hotel (terrible name for a hotel) just before 3pm, we weren’t expecting much after reading previous reviews, needless to say that we were still a bit surprised….. Small carpark which held a max of 4 cars, we have taken photos of the surroundings as it was like a fly tipping place! The road is littered with run down buildings too. We entered the nice entrance to the hotel and was greeted by Tariq who is a nice gentleman, he showed us to our room (room 12) on the 3rd floor. Once in the room we were quiet surprised how run down and in need of a refurb it was. Cleanliness:- bedding clean, the room had spiderwebs on the wall, hairs in the bath, walls with some kind of bodily fluid smeared on it! Amenities:- two waters provided, shower gel in the bathroom and a bar of soap, coffee and tea with biscuits. Room appearance:- dents in the wall, light fittings without a light on it just a wire with tape on it! Sky lights with damaged covers. Bathroom:- dirty bath, no hot water in the morning. Fittings on the wall without rail. Holes in the wall around taps not filled in. Grouting which was dirty and tiles not clean. Cheap and cheerful but the management really needs to think about the housekeeping and a lick of paint wouldn’t hurt, we won’t be staying there again.

비교적 새로 개조된 매우 깨끗한 객실입니다. 이 호텔은 도심과 편리하게 가까운 조용한 녹지 지역에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 만족스럽고 좋은 가치였습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다.

친구의 추천으로 예약했고 내 체류에 매우 만족했습니다. 체크인은 쉬웠고 멋진 직원이 처리했습니다. 객실은 방대하고 매우 멋지게 장식되어 있으며 샤워 시설은 훌륭하고 따뜻하며 큰 압력으로 따뜻합니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 모든 것이 깨끗했습니다. 방은 창문을 열고 약간 더웠지만 팬을 제공하지만(내 방에는 그것이 Rachel의 소유라고 말하고 움직이지 말라고 말하는 글이 적혀 있음) 큰 도움이 되었기 때문에 누군가가 그것을 가지고 있어서 매우 기쁩니다. 아침 식사와 주차가 포함된 가격에 정말 이길 수 없습니다.

Stayed here for a night to attend AED finals at The Halls. Really pleased we choose this hotel. Great location and 15 min walk to The Halls. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a big fan which helped cool the room. All of the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We needed to leave early and it wasn't a problem arranging an early breakfast. This was delicious . Car park at back of hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Wolverhampton and would 100% recommend this hotel .

I dont often leave reviews however , the staff here are amazing. For work we use alot of premier Inns which are great in the own way but this one stands out purley for the loveliness of the staff this extends to the resturant. Being away from home is tough at the best of times and having polite and helpful staff helps massivley. Thank you to all of the jolly happy team here you make our days being away from home that little bit easier

The instructions for how to get in were clear, the communication with the accomodation was also prompt and helpful. The room itself was really smart and tidy. Clean facilities, felt safe and secure and also a great central location. Would definitely stay again.
