로드웨이 인(Rodeway Inn)

This hotel is a good value fir the money. They are upgrading the rooms very nicely. The only thing is when we booked our room it was a king bed with a sofa sleeper, but there was no sofa sleeper. The only thing to sit on was the bed or an office chair.

It was a nice room but very rude neighbors who decided to converse by our late into the night. Power went out as we were getting ready to pack up. Thank goodness it was for a short time.

EZ check in , friendly staff , good location & would stay again. Could use a major up date. Would have been nice if drink machines were operable.

Decent stay, not great. The pool area is nice. The room needed cleaned more. There was a dirty ashtray left in our non smoking room and there were long dark hairs on the floor and in the shower. The stairwell smelled like cigarettes and there were butts left on the steps. The room and bed was comfortable but small.

Front desk staff was great! Friendly and informative. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay...not so much. There were two ladies outside of our door talking and shouting loudly until about 4am. At one point they had a sheriff on speaker phone asking about someone's bond and I could literally hear his reaponses through the door. The floors were so dirty that I was trying on shoes my boyfriend got me for my birthday and the bottoms of them were BLACK when I took them off and put them back in the box...pretty sure they aren't going to let me return them. There was no comforter, only a thin throw blanket. I finally fell asleep and was awakened by a loud BANG BANG like gunshots outside of my door. The power went out for about two minutes before there was another loud bang and the power was restored. A firetruck came, still don't really know what happened. The ladies were still talking loudly throughout all of this. I FINALLY fell back asleep only to be awakened by screaming children running up and down the walkway. I made myself a cup of coffee and it looked more like tea, tasted even worse. The coffee creamer came out in one piece verses powder. I went to take a shower and water sprayed out of that shower head everywhere but straight...so much for not washing my hair. The water would suddenly lose pressure or get ice cold before correcting itself. I really didn't expect much given the price, just a decent night's sleep and a hot shower. Needless to say I was greatly disappointed.

The room was disgusting. Kids were running across the entire upstairs balcony until almost 10 at night. Front desk person was rude. All the furniture was broken…just a very sad experience!!!

If you are a smoker it would be ok or a family member that smoked. The balcony had someone smoking while walking to the room. It was ok except the floors need to be cleaned. Tile in the rooms but my feet were dirty just walking around in the room.

The room had an odor, a certain spot on the floor was wet (they allow pets, so I’m hoping it wasn’t urine), no towels were supplied, and the dead bolt to the door didn’t work. I reserved a king (prepaid) a week in advance and they didn’t have it, so I settled on a room with 2 queens. The staff was nice though.

The first room we had the toilet was dirty and broken. The second was not much better. After one flush this toilet broke! We had use a bucket to flush. We had one towel. The sink leak. The hotel couldn't compensate me because I booked thru you. I'm hoping you can help with this issue!
