It has everything you need to cater for all ages making it the perfect retreat in the Cotswold Water Park and Cotswold Lakes. Fully furnished and well equipped it can accommodate a party of 8-10 more than comfortably. GROUND FLOOR Large hallway with large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and extra fridge Bedroom 4: Ground floor bedroom with King bed Ground floor shower room & w/c Fantastic open plan Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen Lounge area with large wall mounted TV, SKY, DVD Open plan kitchen with granite work tops, gas hob, double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher Dining table and chairs for 8-10 Sofa seating and arm chairs 2 sets of French Windows leading out to private deck FIRST FLOOR Master bedroom with a Super King bed, wall mounted Smart TV.
