Riverside Spring Resort

I can’t believe how **overhyped** and **overpriced** this resort is! From the moment we arrived, it was one disappointment after another. First, the **location** is nothing like the pictures—basic, boring, and surrounded by nothing. For the insane price they charge, you’d expect at least a decent view or some atmosphere, but no. **No music, no vibe**—just awkward silence. It felt like a ghost town, not a vacation spot. The whole place was **dead**, with zero energy. The **WiFi was a joke**—unusable even for basic emails. How can a resort in this day and age have such terrible internet? And the **staff? Rude, unhelpful, and slow**. No smiles, no urgency, just complete indifference. It’s like they couldn’t care less if guests were happy or not. **Waste of money, waste of time.** Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this place. There are way better options out there that actually deliver what they promise. **Never again!**

The hype of this resort is high but it didn't live up to any of my expectations. 1).Hot water was unavailable for shower ( In a cold morning, had to shower with cold water.- Never expected from such hyped place) 2). Wifi is so unstable, and phone network reception in this area is also poor, so basically, internet was cutout during stay. - Not worthy for the price you pay

Pool is great no doubt , but if you feel like to chill and enjoy on pool better don’t go to rsr. NO MUSIC PLEASE - the most annoying rules which I had never seen anywhere. Also please be flexible with food and drinks menu it’s very expensive normal family can’t afford it. Front office staff was very helpful . Thank you

We just had a lunch and it was really a very nice escape from the highway. Food was delicious and the service was very friendly and helpful. Ambience is so much refreshing with a view of river, hills and so on. Worth to visit if you want some break from chaotic highway.

Bad service staff of hotel Bhavesh thapa magar high attitude mannerless rudely taking with guest. Unsatisfied service food also not good we are not so satisfied with the staff member and we recommend other to thing once before going there

Perfect place for journey break while going from Kathmandu to Pokhra or vice versa. Lovely food on riverside along with perfect location. Highly recommended and must have during ur next trip to Kathmandu and Pokhra. We tried Indian food and Chinese noodles. It was all good
