We had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

The vibe here is so soothing and familiar, they will definitely make you feel at home , The service , the rooms with different aesthetic is not to be missed . If you’re nature person, definitely this place will bring you on grounds and make you enjoy your time with everything you need inside this one place

This place is more than a hotel. Room was clean, food was good. Staffs were too smart but not professional except Biplav. Underrated among similar properties owing to almost no promotion. I simply love it. A must visit place in mid Nepal. Feel best experiences by spending few days at this property.
