On a bike trip, as an unexpected highlight of the day, we arrived at this wonderful lodge, right on the edge of what looks like a little lake, but is essentially just the finger of the larger lake. What a wonderful place to put a lodge. I had a large room with large windows overlooking the lake, tastefully set out with wooden floors and a very large bed. There is a fireplace in the corner. The bathrooms are perfect for the situation, modern enough to be convenient, but still fitting in perfectly with the layout and the look of the place. We got an extremely warm welcome, and the food in the restaurant was excellent and served with a smile and a laugh. I could spend a few days here. There are little cabins sitting down by the lake.. and when I had a closer look, it turns out they are saunas. I wonder if I will have the courage to go for a swim in the morning?

This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous y avons passé un merveilleux moment. Nous cherchions un logement calme et authentique pour nous reposer durant notre road trip sur la Carretera Austral et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec soins, la chambre était spacieuse, la vue magnifique. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très bon et le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous. Ce lieu est un vrai havre de paix que nous conseillons les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à l’équipe pour la qualité du service et les petites attentions du fait que nous étions en lune de miel

Excelente y lindo lugar para quedarse en el Lago General Carrera. Las cabañas con una vista maravillosa al lago. Muy acogedoras y buen espacio. Excelente servicio, todos muy amables y serviciales. La comida realmente exquisita y los vinos tambien. Muy buena ubicación. Entre Puerto Tranquilo y el Rio Baker. Super recomendable!!!

Debemos destacar el restaurante del hotel, la comida elaborada por los chef Andrés Jiménez y Luis Ibarra, única en la zona, se destacan sus materias primas de la zona, que elaboraron unos risottos de cordero, de mariscos, junto a ñoquis y pasta espectacular, sin dejar de lado unas ensaladas hechas con mucha dedicación ¡Felicitaciones y vengan a disfrutarlos, está abierto a todo público !
