I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name] with my elderly parents, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tranquility and Cleanliness: The hotel's serene ambiance was a breath of fresh air, offering a peaceful escape for guests seeking relaxation. The facilities were not only impressive but also impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. It provided a comforting atmosphere that contributed significantly to our overall enjoyment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Ideal Location: The hotel's strategic location added another layer of convenience to our visit. Situated near fantastic restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. Additionally, the proximity to the city's largest shopping center, accessible through Entrance 3, was a tremendous perk. It made our leisure time and exploration of the city effortlessly enjoyable. In conclusion, our stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of delightful. It provided a harmonious blend of tranquility, exceptional service, and convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very noisy. We could not sleep from 1 to 4 am due to the couple in the next room that were fighting and yelling at each other. We had to call front desk.

Very nice hotel, the best in this region. Very modern decor with nice facilities. The breakfast ( included in the room fare ) was amazing with fresh items and a chef to cook your eggs to your liking. Super clean and very attentive service

Great spot! Right in between the two shopping malls, easy walking distance for both! Boefish was excellent, we are there two nights! Free full breakfast buffet type, delicious!

The breakfast was outstanding. Room was modern and comfortable and clean. Service was very good.

It was clean, quiet and staff was accommodating, since I was in town for a medical visit. Used the pool and hot tubs, which was great. Only complaint: no ventilator in the bathroom of our suite. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. Breakfast buffet included, which was delicious. Would recommend this place to others. Price per night was most affordable, contrary to that of other hotels, so Thank you for that!

Of the four properties we stayed in on our tour around Québec, this was a surprise hit for us. It was the cheapest of our four hotels, yet was nicer than expected by far….seemingly brand new, great staff, free parking and wonderful included breakfast. I wish we had more time/knowledge about the outdoor patio setup ahead of time…it looked amazing. I appreciated that the staff stuck to French even though my French is rusty. Chicoutimi and the Saguenay region are truly beautiful. It is slightly unfortunate that the hotel is located in a completely commercial area (which also has its benefits). Imagine if it were on the fjord, that would be truly remarkable!
