Zone parking stickers will be provided for your stay. Once you book, you will be provided with detailed parking instructions. Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! Everything is provided to our guests. You will love our boutique line of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotions! Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. We are happy to accommodate early check-ins if possible! Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Absolutely, we want you to feel that this is your home during your stay. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: So comfy! And each bedroom has ACTUAL beds! 3 fulls, 1 king and a twin, all mattresses are from a hotel line. Q: Do you have any security devices in place? A: We have security cameras on the outside of the property that cover the entry door and entry walkway. This helps us control check ins and check outs, verify number of guests & keep the property secure for all. Parties and extra guests are not permitted since we want to be respectful to our neighbors. A: We use Minut sound monitors. Minut is camera-free. The Minut device only measures decibel levels; it never records conversations, audio, or capture any other sensitive data.
