바가 있는 키아바리 호텔

I just returned from Italy where I was staying at the Hotel Stella del Mare. My brother, sister in-law, niece, nephew and adult son all stayed in the same room. There were 4 adults and 2 children and although it was a little cramped it wasn't bad. I'm not the type to spend much time in the hotel room while on vacation anyway. It was clean, had a full kitchen and a nice balcony. So, if you are the type that likes to cook breakfast and have it out on the balcony you could do so. There is a small local super market in the area along with a bunch of nice restaurants. The hotel has a decent continental breakfast for a decent price each morning. I like to get up and get out of the room fairly early in the morning so I just had the continental breakfast every morning. The pool was nice and they have regular family friendly events at the hotel and around the area. So, it is very kid friendly. Although, the hotel and area are all beautiful and worth high marks on their own, the true value of this hotel is the staff. My son and I took a train to Rome for a couple days during our stay. I had arranged for a drop off and pick up at the train station (NOT through the Hotel). The ride got us to the train station just fine but when we came back they never showed to pick us up. It was about 8pm local time. I called the hotel and explained the situation and even though there aren't any local taxi services she made a bunch of calls and found someone to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. It was completely my mistake for not just making all transportation arrangements through the hotel in the first place but this staff person ( I wish I could give you her name) never complained she just set to task and solved my issue for me. The next time I will just make the travel arrangements through the hotel in the first place.

I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Monte Rosa. We stayed in their newly renovated Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. The room was extremely functional, spacious, immaculate, with generous storage and a sparkling, luxurious bathroom. It was so nice to have BOTH a shower and a bathtub! Spend the extra $ if you can and book one of the new suites, it's worth it. Our pleasure didn't end with the room. The staff was wonderful and helpful in every way providing good recommendations for planning day trips, etc. The breakfasts are something I will have fond memories of. Each morning the lead gentleman who ran the breakfast remembered our beverage order -- a cappuccino for me and diet coke for my husband. Also, make sure to have the fresh, creamy yogurt (from a local dairy/farmer consortium). It was out of this world, and now home, is making it very difficult to go back to Chobani! We were there in mid-May and therefore it was a bit early for the pool but it looked really nice and all the patio furniture and cushions, etc were in excellent condition. I could certainly imagine lounging poolside with an Aperol spritz and being quite content! If you are coming by train, the hotel is an easy walk even with luggage. And the town of Chiavari itself was an absolute joy. If I had one slight recommendation for the hotel it would be to perhaps add SMART TV accessibility. That would be the icing on the cake. Albergo incredibile! Ho pernottato diverse volte all'Hotel dell'Orto e si è sempre confermato il migliore. Personale estremamente cortese, pulizia ottima, camere arredate con molto stile, la colazione si svolge nel bar pasticceria situato all’interno della struttura, e che dire: impeccabile! Consiglio a tutti di provare la Delizia, una meraviglia. I prodotti sono tutti realizzati dalla pasticceria stessa! Anche il personale del bar è stato molto cortese! La struttura inoltre è situata tra la cattedrale ed il comune, e si trova sia vicino al centro storico, che vicino al mare, insomma comodissimo. Consiglio a tutti di andarci!

tutto ok,hotel vicino alla stazione FS e praticamente sul mare,ben tenuto pulito,camere rimodernate pulite e confortevoli,bagno spazioso e comodo.Personale gentile cordiale e sorridente.Prezzo accessibile.Non ho fatto colazione,sono convenzionati con spiagge vicine.
