호텔 페라리 키아바리(Hotel Ferrari)

I spent five days at the Hotel Ferrari. It was my second stay and, like the first time, I was very happy with my choice. The location is great - close to the center of town and a short walk to the train station. The receptionists and the lady in the breakfast room were polite and efficient and always welcomed me with a smile. The room was cleaned every day. Another good thing : Hotel Ferrari was more reasonably priced than other hotels in the area. I'll be back.

We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special. The front desk was open 24 hours, and they stored our luggage for a few hours when we arrived and after we checked out. Our room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the hotel was also very clean. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in Chiavari and we hope to be back someday!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and it was perfectly situated to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre by train. The hotel staff were extremely kind — they allowed us to store our bags when we arrived and were at the desk at all hours for support. The included breakfast had many wonderful options, and had the best cappuccinos! Chiavari is a lovely town and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting the surrounding areas!

Hotel is on in great location for train station beach . Staff very friendly and helpful the cleaner was brilliant clean towels everyday. We enjoyed breakfast takes a bit of working out but got thee in end the staff at breakfast time were brilliant they get you anything you want great coffee as well .

Staff on reception was very helpful and polite. Rooms could do with an update but did what we needed it for. Lots of choice for breakfast which is very good!

Nice and convenient hotel. Vere good breakfast. Only drawback is the lack of parking.

Peccato!!! Si, veramente un gran peccato, perché se non fosse per l'infelice performance verbale della signora che fa le pulizie nelle stanze, che ha tenuto a precisare che è la proprietaria dell'Hotel, tutto sarebbe andato più che bene. Già subito dopo il mio arrivo nel primo pomeriggio, prima di uscire per rientrare dopo cena, sono scesa in reception per segnalare le cattive condizioni di pulizia del pavimento della stanza. Ho pensato che un inconveniente, per quanto sgradevole, potesse accadere. Però, considerato il nulla di fatto, tranne un inutile cambio di asciugamani, l'indomani mattina mi sono rivolta direttamente alla persona che ritenevo se ne occupasse, poiché stava riodinando una camera, dicendo testualmente che "il pavimento della stanza è di una sporcizia imbarazzante, comprese le ragnatele dietro la porta". Sono stata assalita verbalmente da una signora che, tenendo a precisarmi che è la proprietaria, mi ha detto che non potevo permettermi di offendere in questo modo, perché l'hotel è rinomato a Chiavari per la sua pulizia. Però, inspiegabilmente, al mio invito a venire con me a guardare le condizioni della stanza, si è categoricamente rifiutata, ripetendomi che non dovevo permettermi di offenderla. Al mio rientro la sera dopo cena, in bagno erano state cambiate le asciugamani per la terza volta e, miracolosamente, erano sparite le ragnatele ed il pavimento un po' più pulito. Ripeto, ritengo che un inconveniente nella gestione di una struttura complessa come un hotel possa accadere, ma è il modo con cui si affronta l'inconveniente che fa la differenza, soprattutto se a risolverlo è "la proprietaria". Ripeto "peccato", perché per tutto il resto il soggiorno in Hotel è andato veramente bene, dalla posizione, comoda da raggiungere e per girare la cittadina, al gentile e disponibile signore in reception, che ha anche portato su e giù per le scale le valigie, al personale addetto alla colazione ed alla varietà e ricchezza del buffet.

Questo hotel vicino al centro storico di Chiavari e al lungomare,si affaccia nella statale molto frequentata ma le stanze sono ben sonorizzare che non si sentono rumori. Camere spaziose ,pulite e fornite di set cortesia,cambio biancheria e pulizia giornaliera della stanza.Colazioni molto varia e abbondante,raramente ho trovato così assortimento di prodotti,sia confezionati che fatti in casa .succhi ,spremute,zona buffet calda e dolci fatti in casa addirittura caramelle ,cioccolate e altro.Personale disponibile,gentilissimi tutti e ospitali .Non vedo l ora di ritornare

Hotel vicino alla stazione,perciò parecchio rumoroso. Posizione centralissima, vicino al porto ma lontano dalle spiagge più carine. Ottima colazione e servizio reception (gentili ed accoglienti), anche se gli orari di check in e check out sarebbero da rivedere (un po' scomodi per chi arriva presto e deve aspettare di entrare in stanza dalle 14 in poi). Peccato per la pulizia (bagno molto sporco) e malcuranza della stanza. Prezzi altini sia per la posizione che per la stagione.
