Great Base for Chester! We have used this hotel everything time we visit Chester. It is well located both for the town and the Zoo, which is the main reason for our visit. The hotel provides a substantial, tasty breakfast, and there is a pub next door for evening meals. There is also a Morrisons opposite for other needs. There is always a friendly welcome at this hotel and we have never had a bad night here, and have occasionally stayed a few nights.

I did write a review for premier inn, and had no response. I will put the review here. The staff I must say were Happy smiles the two nights we stayed and the breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff were very helpful and kept the tables cleared as soon as people had finished eating. The room was very tired, as was the reception area. Not inviting at all. The outside of the building had a grey and depressing look about it and really needed a good clean of the car park and area around the Inn. A disappointment as I always like to use premier Inns, in Bournemouth, Poole, bath, Manchester and bromsgrove (plus others) and had a good experience. A sorry stay to say the least.

We've had a great weekend, the bed was so comfy and a choice of pillows is always useful. The rooms were very clean and all the staff were really welcoming. The hotel is really centrally located with lots to do nearby. Breakfast was in house in a lovely breakfast room and we would definitely come back again!

Had a great stay at this Premier Inn! The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were lovely. Katie on reception was so helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying again and will be recommending :)

We accidently left a camera in the room - only realising we'd done so after we'd checked out and left the hotel (which we take full responsibility for as it is totally our own fault). It looks like the camera has disappeared sadly. Not what you expect.
