It is a wonderful stay in Chennai , location is good , shopping malls near by , staffs are very polite and friendly Overall it is good

The stay was amazing and comfortable. Best place with affordable tariff in Egmore. Room service was the best part. Staff were really helpful and cooperating. Ambience was great. It is nearby to a metro station and easily accessible for transportation.

It was 3 days training program trip. Rooms & cleaning team were excellent. Food was good. Training hall is good. Totally we enjoyed. Room service and all staff so kind. All arrangements was good... Fully satisfied 😃

Food Quality very nice but most of the days U will have very limited choice as they say "Not Available Today". Good Location and Decent hotel for Work purpose. But the biggest draw back is their service is Very Very Slow. Whether it is Food from Room Service or any amenities from H/K.

Stay was comfortable. Staff is good. House keeping staff is good. They work their work diligently. Restaurant is good. Overall all the hotel staff is well behaved and professional. This is one of the good hotel in the area

The hotel atmosphere is also good but the ***agement staff's behavior is too bad and worst, especially at my family function done by the same hotel food service people interacted with my guest with very worst behavior and cheated the bill amount added more money get from me. Still, service food plate counts very dramatical issue totally I am not suggesting this hotel to everyone in the future. Personally, I am very much disappointed. Particularly reception women were very worst behavior like this and bad experience.

Over all hotel stay was amazing, staff is very cooperative and friendly. Breakfast , lunch and dinner at its best. Up to time housekeeping. Decent and elegant atmosphere. It was an experience staying in Chennai and in this hotel Highly recommend

Recently i have been denied room in this Hotel sighting that i'm from the same city and as per the policy they wont allow to check-in. I had a booked a Room thru Makemytrip app and paid fully and got the confirmed voucher. While checking-in the counter person told me that since i am from the same city i will not be allotted a room. Inspite of showing my confirmed voucher and my National Aadhaar card original and my wife Aadhaar original and also passport copies where spouse name was included, they denied room saying since i'm staying in the same city they wont allot rooms. The GM was called for and he too stubbornly denied if we have local id's they wont allow to check-in. I even cited the reason for staying for one day were on medical grounds but still they asked us to leave. I'm surprised being the citizen of a country and a resident of the same city i'm being pushed out. I have stayed in so ***y hotels i this city and this was the first horrible experience i had. This was totally outrageous and harassement and mental trauma on behalf of the Hotel. When i pointed 5 and 4 star hotels are allowing us to check-in with Aadhar card they still denied and the GM said then go and book there. Totally terrible experience and I won't recommend this hotel for anyone.
