비엔나 인터내셔널 호텔 (청두 판다 기지)

This hotel is located in Chengdu’s 3rd ring, nestled within a residential area with a few nearby malls. The front desk staff are very helpful and can communicate effectively in English. The breakfast offerings are average, but there are plenty of local eateries within walking distance that serve authentic dishes. A complimentary laundry room is available on the 13th floor, equipped with facilities for washing and steam ironing. While the in-room air conditioning can be inconsistent and the amenities are fairly basic, the stay overall is comfortable and pleasant.

Very nice hotel with very nice people. They were trying hard to speak English. It has a very good coffee shop just the bottom of the building. The hotel is very far from the city center but it is only 15 minutes drive from the pandas.

這次入住體驗簡直無可挑剔！一進門就被熱情的服務感染，從前台到保潔人員都笑臉相迎，需求響應迅速。房間佈置温馨雅緻，床品潔凈柔軟，智能設備齊全又方便。早餐中西式搭配豐富，味道超讚。位置便利出行輕鬆，細節之處盡顯品質，強烈推薦！

房間不乾淨，床鋪底下有別人用過的衞生紙。 地好像沒拖一樣臟臟的，浴室的角落邊緣發黃。 住了三晚，每天早上起來腿上就多一串紅包，上網查了一下才知道應該是床墊裏就有蟲子。 半夜上廁所衞生紙太多被堵住了，前台説要等到早上8點工作人員上班才能來通，中途要上廁所可以來一樓衞生間。 酒店的可以接送去大熊貓基地倒還是挺方便。 就是早上也需要等到8點半工作人員上班後才行。
