The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it. All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

Not much to say poor night's sleep due to fan like noise coming from a vent had everything turned of air con toilet fan ect still continuous, Food was made well just poor ingredients so well done to chef on presentation, wasn't aware you had to upgrade pay if you actually wanted to use WiFi as standard was super slow

Apart from the central location in Cheltenham, this hotel has very little to recommend it. There is nowhere to park nearby in order to unload luggage, and the car park is a good long way to walk with cases and luggage for elderly guests. We had booked a Premier Room but, apart from the fridge, nothing was premium. The bed was too small and there was only one easy chair. The man at the desk sent up another chair from the bar but that wasn’t ideal. The breakfast was atrocious. On both mornings the ‘chef’ had stopped cooking by 9am and had left the hot stuff to get cold and congeal. All the three staff members just lounged on easy chairs, gossiping and drinking tea or coffee. We will never stop here again. It was incredibly expensive at more than £200 per night.

We had such a wonderful stay with our two kids and partner! Lainey and I can’t remember the name of the incredibly kind younger man who welcomed us, but his hospitality truly stood out. The beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve experienced anywhere in Europe — so plush and cozy, with luxurious bedding that made it hard to get up in the morning! Breakfast was a lovely bonus: perfectly cooked sausages and eggs, fresh pastries, hot tea, and a delicious latte. It truly felt like five-star hotel service at a remarkably affordable price. We’re so grateful for the experience!

Service with a smile from everyone especially Lainey & Tia helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Constantly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The service was amazing from everyone, they are really helpful and kind. My room had air conditioning turned on before i got there as it was a very hot day. Thank you Lainey & Tia and Utkarsh, keep up your amazing work.
