Extremely comfortable beds. Former premier inn under new management. Po effect sleep. Only opened under new management couple weeks ago. Friendly staff. Very imaginative food choices. Interesting menus, tasty. Only downers ... No lift to first floor, but this may not affect everyone. 2nd downer ... Breakfast although good, takes ages and ages to deliver. Need a sorting.

A good hotel stay for one night. Clean and comfortable spacious room but air con a little noisy. Great black out curtains in room as well as comfy beds/pillow (I believe previous premier inn). Good shower and toiletries. Staff very welcoming and would return but would not book breakfast next time.

Perfect location for visiting local attractions in the North Somerset area. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Parking is easily accessible and close to the access points of the hotel. As a family we really enjoyed our stay.

The Sidcot arms has been newly renovated. What a fabulous renovation the dining area looks gorgeous, massive upgrade to what was here before the new patio area & furniture is very nice. Especially sitting outside for a nice evening drink , The staff are friendly & helpful. Girl at check-in was very nice also girl in resteraunt very helpful , The room we stayed in big & spacious. Great value for money. Great location

Wow what an amazing transformation, food was so tasty and clearly homemade now not frozen products and the staff are wonderful Nicky was a wonderful host as always the changes here are so good. Looking forward to our next visit very soon. See you all soon

Have stayed here many times when it was a Premier Inn and always been satisfied. It now has new owners. We booked a table for breakfast knowing that you have to vacate your room by 10.00am (too early when you can't check in until 3pm) We arrived about 8.45 am. We ordered breakfast, was told there could be a little wait as they were busy - about 4 tables occupied. An hour later we were still waiting and asked what was happening, again told they were busy but they would look into it. The table next to ours had their breakfast even though they ordered after us. I then went to reception to warn them we could not be out of our room by 10 am as we were still waiting for breakfast. Reception said "oh dear " but that would be ok. Breakfast finally arrived minus the scrambled eggs we ordered. It was ok but we had lost our appetites by then because of the bad service. Scrambled eggs arrived some time later. WiFi non existent. Lucky we didn't have a plane to catch. Customer service seems to be a very low priority. Rooms were the same as when it was a Premier Inn. The restaurant and conservatory were quite dirty with mouldy window frames and many cobwebs.
