Crows Nest Sipi Falls Kapchorwa

우리는 4명의 그룹과 함께 Crow's nest에 머물렀고 Crow's nest에서 준비한 여러 활동을 했습니다. 예를 들어 폭포까지 하이킹, 일몰 산책, 근처 문화 체험 등이 있습니다. 숙박 시설은 기본적이었고, 필수품은 모두 갖춰져 있었고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 오두막에서 폭포를 볼 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

이곳의 가장 좋은 점은 멋진 전망과 친절하고 도움이 되는 매니저, 에밀리입니다. 음식은 꽤 괜찮았지만 샤워는 잘 작동하지 않았습니다. 대부분 차가운 물이었습니다. 기본적인 숙박 시설이지만 예산에 맞는 대안인 Traveller´s lodge보다 확실히 낫습니다. 우리는 언덕 꼭대기에 있는 오두막에서 폭포 두 개를 내려다보았고, 전용 샤워 시설과 화장실이 있었습니다. 세 개의 폭포 투어를 시작하거나 혼자서 하루 하이킹을 하기에 완벽한 위치입니다. 멋진 사모와 롤렉스는 Crow´s Nest 바로 밖에 있는 마을에서 구입할 수 있습니다. 우리의 여행은 훌륭했고 360도 전망이 보이는 일몰 지점은 우리 오두막 바로 뒤의 언덕에 있었습니다. 가격도 훌륭했습니다. 개인 오두막에서 하룻밤을 묵는 경우 우리 둘 다 50,000실링이었습니다.

I stayed at the crows nest over new year and went on an amazing hike of the Sipi waterfalls. Ivan (my guide) was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and he helped ensure I had everything I needed for a good stay at Crows Nest. The food was great - I especially recommend the tomato curry. I stayed in a dorm room, which was basic but had everything I needed - a great option if you're travelling on a budget. It was the perfect start to the new year, thank you Ivan and team!

We did the hike to the three waterfalls with Ivan. It was so beautiful and peacefull. The nature was so nice, walking through the local villages was nice. The hike was easy, but you can choose to go down to the bottom of the third waterfall if you want a challenge (in rainy season). Ivan was a really nice guide. He gave us time to relax at the natural swimming pool and explained nice things to us in good English. It is nice that he is from here and knows all the locals around.
