셀주크 가성비 호텔

'한국인입니다~ 뚜벅이 혼자여행이라 무거운 캐리어 끄는게 일이니깐~~ 우선 공항갈때 밤에 오고갈때 큰마트나 슈퍼가 있는곳을 찾는데 딱 여기가! 적합 해서 선택 했어요 길건너 다른데랑 고민했는데 아주 탁월한 선택 한것 같아요 4박 아주아주 편하게 지내다 갑니다~ 지리적으로 짱이고 기차역도 5-6분 걸리고 셀축버스정거장 도보2-3분내외 미그로스 2분 뭐 음식거리 바로 옆옆 아주아주 좋아요 어차피 작은 동네긴 하지만~ 호텔길 자체가 밝은 거리라 안전 했고 노벨 호텔도 깨끗해서 좋았어요 특히 침구류가 깨끗해서 잘 사용했답니다!!! 셀축에서 즐거운 여행 하고 왔어요 정말 추천 합니다~ 아! 저는 추워서 난방도 틀었는데 잘 되엇어요 온수도 잘 나오구요ㅎㅎ 발코니도 있어서 좋아요~'

'호텔은 Xilinjie의 작은 마을의 언덕 꼭대기에 있으며 자동차로 지나갈 수 있으며 주차 공간이 있지만 산을 올라가는 길은 매우 가파르고 좁습니다. 호텔은 매우 고전적이며 객실은 작으며 소비는 저렴하지 않지만 음식과 음료는 모두 갓 만들어졌습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 장식은 매우 유럽적이고 실제 같은 느낌입니다. 레스토랑은 마을의 전망을 볼 수 있습니다. 나는 여기가 좋아.'

'Perfect location in quite neighborhood,yet just few meters awal from historical sites. Easy to reach from city centre and bus shuttle/train station. Breakfast at the rooftop is excelent overlooking isabey mosque. Room has large space for two.'

'버스터미널 바로 앞이여서 너무 좋아요! 그리고 사장님이 한국말 아주 조금 할 수 있어요 사람들이 다들 착하시고 좋은데 방에서 방음이 안되니까 웃음소리까지 다들리고 저녁에는 누군가가 문을 열면 내방인것 같아서 졸라게 무서웠어요.. 그정도로 방음이 잘 안되요 그리고 방에서 뭐 먹으면 떨어진 가루나 음식을 먹으려고 밤새 개미들이 겁나게 찾아옵니다 ... 화장실 세면대에도 개미들이 있을때도 있으니까 아무렇지 않게 물로 씻어버리세요 .. 조식은 그냥 그저 그랬어요 ㅎㅎ'

'아슐룩 캐슬 성요한성당 이사베이모스크쪽은 도보로 둘러볼수있고 에페수스 고대도시나 동정성모의집 시린제는 차로 둘러보았는데 적절한위치였고 오래된 도시인만큼 새건물 호탤을 기대하긴 어렵지만 화장실 넓고 에어컨빵빵하고 조식은 뷔페식 아니고 터키식 조삭으로 서빙해주어 편했고 맛고 괜찮음. 호텔앞 주차가 가능햇고 우리는 다행히 자라가 있어서 별무리없이 주차할수 있었는데 없을경우 안내에따라 멀리 파킹하고 오는듯.'

'매우 훌륭하고 고급스러운 5 성급, 3 가지 모든 것을 포함하는 식사, 터키 최고의 호텔, 비용 효율적, 600 위안 이상, 아름다운 환경, 고대 도시 에베소에서 10km, 호텔의 풍부한 아침 식사, 음료 및 스낵 모두 무료이므로 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 적극 권장합니다.'

'This was our first family trip with our 16-month-old baby and also our first holiday after 3 years. Our last trip was to Jungle Aqua Hurghada, so we were really looking forward to this one. We stayed at Aqua Park and booked through Trip.com for 2 adults and 1 infant. However, on arrival the reception staff embarrassed us by saying, in front of other guests, that we had only booked for 2 adults and not for 3 people. I showed them my booking confirmation clearly stating 2 adults and 1 child. After speaking to someone else, the receptionist simply said “okay fine” with no apology or explanation for the misunderstanding. We were then given a room at the very end of the corridor, far from the lift, despite them clearly seeing we had a baby with us. Another issue was the confusion around the “Ultra All Inclusive” package. We were told snacks and drinks were not included and that we would have to pay extra. We were also told we could not eat anywhere except the main restaurant, which only had around 4 dishes available on the first day. Whenever we asked questions at reception, the staff were not helpful and just kept saying “no, no, no” without properly explaining anything. After I contacted Trip.com and complained, things improved slightly, possibly after they spoke with the hotel. But I was still charged almost £90 extra for my 16-month-old baby’s stay, which made no sense to me. By the third day, the food situation became better, but then the bathroom started leaking. We called reception and they temporarily fixed the flush, but it leaked again afterwards. Since we only had 2 days left of our 6-day trip, we didn’t bother reporting it again. Overall, this holiday was mentally exhausting rather than relaxing. We came back feeling stressed instead of refreshed. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and overall chaos during our stay, I would not book this hotel again Location and views of this hotel is extremely recommended but services letting it down. Hope things get better for others.'

'酒店位置非常好玩，就在聖.約翰教堂遺址的旁邊，到阿爾忒彌斯神廟遺址步行也只有800米。酒店附近有很多餐館。酒店服務非常好，我們剛停好車，酒店工作人員就主動過來幫忙拿行李，並把行李送到了三樓的房間。酒店的早餐令人驚喜，色香味俱全。酒店雖然沒有自己的停車場，但車子可以停在酒店旁的道路旁。目測聖.約翰教堂遺址遊客停車場也可以停車，晚上基本沒什麼車。mini bar裏的飲料也不貴。下次如果還來賽爾丘斯，這家酒店是不二的選擇。'
