'Great location, great breakfast. The rooms are quite small for a 4-star hotel. The beds in the twin room are quite narrow. The pillows are overstuffed, so sleeping is uncomfortable. I woke up frequently.'

'Everything about the place was great- location, service and amenities. I arrived super late due to flight delay (2AM) and still had a seamless checking. Also location is great- close to all main attractions and loads of restaurants. The staff is super friendly.'

'저희는 6일 동안 객실에 묵었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 영어를 잘했습니다. 체크인도 신속하게 진행되었습니다. 호텔 위치가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 베오그라드 중심부에 있어서 주요 관광지를 걸어서 갈 수 있어 편리했습니다. 객실에는 칫솔을 제외하고 설명에 나와 있는 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 침대와 베개는 편안했고 침구도 깨끗했습니다. 방은 따뜻했습니다. 옷장, 화장대, 책상, 협탁, 다양한 채널이 나오는 TV, 무료 금고가 있었습니다. 욕실에도 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 와이파이도 빠르게 연결되었습니다. 단점은 몇 가지 있었습니다. 객실 바닥에 카펫이 깔려 있었는데 얼룩이 있었습니다. 샤워실이 막혀 있지 않아서 샤워 후 바닥 전체가 물에 젖었습니다. 복도 소음이 들리긴 했지만 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 또 한 가지 일이 있었습니다. 제가 실수로 수건과 베갯잇에 염색약을 묻혔습니다. 세탁기에 넣으면 쉽게 지워져서 괜찮다고 생각했지만, 벌금을 물게 되었습니다. 직원분들께 정중하게 말씀드렸더니 수건을 세탁할 수 없으니 벌금을 내야 한다고 하더군요. 벌금을 내고 나니 수건을 집에 가져갈 수 있게 해줬습니다. 수건 하나를 집에 가져와 세탁기에 돌려보니 깨끗하게 세탁되더라고요. 마치 세탁을 시도조차 안 하고 벌금만 부과한 것 같아서 찝찝한 기분이 들었습니다. 하지만 염색약으로 머리를 염색하지 않는 이상 걱정할 필요는 없을 것 같습니다.'

'시설은 꽤 좋고 가격 대비 훌륭합니다. 청결도도 훌륭합니다. 위치는 시내 중심가는 아니지만, 버스와 트램 정류장과 가까워 주요 명소로 이동하기 편리합니다. 휴식을 취하거나 담배를 피우거나 다른 여행객들과 어울릴 수 있는 아름다운 정원도 있습니다. 저녁에 시간을 보내고 싶은 투숙객들을 연결해 주는 활발한 WhatsApp 그룹도 운영하고 있습니다. 가장 인상 깊었던 것은 바로 서비스였습니다! 베오그라드를 떠날 때 실수로 카메라를 두고 내렸는데, 바로 연락해서 알려주었습니다. 안전하게 보관해 달라고 부탁했더니, 베오그라드에 돌아왔을 때 더 이상 머물지 않았음에도 불구하고 카메라를 찾을 수 있었습니다. 정말 감사합니다!!!'

'The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and serviced daily. There is a large, high-quality TV. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Shower gel, body lotion, and liquid hand soap are provided. The air conditioning is modern and centrally controlled. The breakfast staff are very polite and attentive. The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products. The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended. For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended.'

'The location is good, the room is comfortable, but it was cold, and unfortunately you cannot regulate the temperature. Also there was no dental kit.'

'전반적으로 모든 것이 괜찮습니다. 모두가 걸어다니는 보행자 거리까지 15~20분 정도 걸리고, 카페도 많습니다. 이곳은 주택가입니다. 숙소에는 사우나와 헬스장이 있는데, 제가 가보지 않아서 평가할 수는 없습니다. 싱크대가 막혀서 아침에 리셉션에 고쳐달라고 부탁했지만 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 생수는 첫날에만 제공되지만, 주전자와 티백 커피가 있어서 괜찮습니다. 청소는 매일 해주었습니다.'

'中國人不騙中國人，這個酒店雖然外面看着像個小招待所，但裏面真的挺不錯。 - Location: The location is pretty good, the hotel is in the popular district of downtown. Stylish restaurants and bars are just a few steps away, and if you close the windows, there’s no noise to be heard. A supermarket is right next door. - Room: Bigger and moderner than expected, though there are some details to be improved. There is a huge gap between the bathroom door and the door frame. I’m traveling with my friend, so I don’t want my friend to hear or watch me doing my business. - Service: We booked for 3 nights and the hotel Staff cleans our room and changes bedding and towels EVERYDAY, which is rare for hotels nowadays and might be a bit unnecessary （for the environment） but we still appreciate the effort. The receptionists are also friendly and welcoming. - Conclusion: Better than expected and would love to stay there again!'
