'I had a pleasant stay at Prime Park Hotel Lombok, particularly for a business trip. For business purposes, the hotel is quite comfortable. The meeting rooms are spacious and suitable for conferences or larger business events. One area that could be improved is the availability of power outlets, especially considering the hotel caters to business meetings and conferences where guests often need to charge electronic devices. The service, however, could be improved. There were a few instances where staff seemed less responsive when we had questions or needed assistance, which affected the overall experience. More attentive and proactive service would make the stay considerably better. The hotel is strategically located and makes it easy to explore nearby culinary spots and other areas of interest after meetings.'

'Golden Palace Lombok was the most luxurious hotel we stayed at in Mataram. We spent one night here while traveling to the airport. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — we even used the laundry service, and the clothes came back smelling great and in perfect condition. The price was more than reasonable for a room with a double bed and a beautiful city view. You can also enjoy the rooftop, which offers a stunning view of the entire city. If you are planning to stay in Mataram and are looking for something truly luxurious, we can definitely recommend this place.'

'I recommend this place for stay in Mataram . Comfortable , have all what you need for not expensive price. Hot water , clean bedsheets, air conditioner also make room cool . Near a lot of places with food , Lombok epicentrum mall. So calm at nigt . Hotel have small pool with fish and i think my sleep was good because of water sound from first floor .'
