Silvanus Forest Retreat by Madstays, Alibaug

It has been most pathetic property ever i visited. No proper cleanliness, no dental kit/soap provided, broken furniture, fluctuating electricity, water leak from AC on the bed and lot of insects in the property. Worst property anyone can stay in their life.

I stayed at Silvanus Forest Retreat for 3 nights, and it was an incredibly peaceful and refreshing experience. Surrounded by dense forest, the property offers a perfect escape into nature. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with a rustic charm. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. The food was simple, fresh, and full of local flavors. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just enjoy nature, this place delivers. I left feeling completely recharged and would love to return for another peaceful getaway.

Booked the Pool suite room for 2 nights but the pool was unusable as it was filthy. On the first day we were told that it had just been cleaned and chlorine had been added. By the end of that day we realised that we had been lied to. Next morning at around 07:30 I saw the pool cleaner and asked him to have it cleaned. He said it would not be possible as it would take too long and too much effort. They offered to give us another room but we had a child and it would have been difficult to switch. The person who made the booking said she would have it cleaned on the 2nd day but that too didn't happen. The HK and room service staff were really nice.

We the group of 35 Rotarians had an amazing weekend at Silvanus resort . A beautiful , well maintained 75 rooms property mushroomed in dense mangoes and various other fruits plantations ***** with the food and over all hospitality makes it an ideal long stay gate way.

We recently booked Silvanus forest retreat Hotel for a family stay, and while the hotel had some great aspects, there were a couple of issues that we encountered during our stay. *Issues:* 1. *Washbasin in the bathroom*: The washbasin in our room's bathroom was a bit inconveniently placed. 2. *Bathroom locks*: The bathroom locks could be improved for better security and ease of use. 3. *Room change*: We had to request a room change due to some issues, which was attended to, but it would be great if such issues could be minimized. *Suggestions:* - Improving the bathroom layout and fixtures would enhance the overall experience. - Ensuring that all rooms are thoroughly checked before check-in would help avoid room changes. *Overall:* Despite these issues, the hotel staff was helpful, and we appreciate their efforts. With a bit of attention to these details, Silvanus Hotel could provide an even more enjoyable stay for families.
