The hotel is very nice, service is good and the food is very good as well. We stayed various times in this hotel. Mostly, very good experience, this was not the case now. About 22.30 our toilet stopped flushing. After asking at the reception, our room was changed. Early morning tried to make a coffee, but coffee machine was not working. After reporting this to the reception, we got a "discount on the breakfast" of 9 euro... As i mentioned to the receptionist, i do not thinks those 9 euro represent a compensation to the problems we had. In a similar 4* hotel, we would probably be offered at least the full value of the breakfast. I just leave it here for the hotel management to see why customers that value this place use their time to help them improving. A 4* hotel could do better.
