when booking the a room looking into the courtyard beware that the noise of the rest of rooms will sound as if the action is happening in your own room, the window is not noise proof at all. Any weekend plenty of families with kids will come to this hotel so sleep is very difficult and nobodys fault but the lack of noiseproof on the window. On the other hand room looking at the street is no way better, this hotel has only 3 floors and it is located at a busy street full of traffic. breakfast was decent and good enough with the local beef noodle especially, the location is good just crossing the street you get into Chao Zhou ancient town, but again we found sleep and rest in overall difficult in this hotel

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. Although it takes about 40 minutes (via Didi Car) to travel from Chaosan Station, the hotel is nicely located opposite West Lake/Park and near major tourist attractions (Kai Yuan Temple开元寺, GuangJi Tower/Wall/Bridge 广济桥), shops and eateries (Paifang Food Street牌坊街, XiNan Food Street 西南路). There are a few decent restaurants just beside the hotel too. Art Hotel Han Si XiHu lives up to its name as the hotel is beautifully decorated with art pieces, especially at the lounge area where there is a nightly Chinese string instrument (Guzheng) performance (except Tuesdays). A shoutout to the hotel staff : - the warm and helpful reception staff (Miss Chen 陈小姐 and Miss Li 李小姐） - the excellent housekeeping staff who thoughtfully supplied extra coffee bags after knowing I drink coffee - the service staff who did not just walk past me but greeted me and also introduced me to the free Chaozhou dessert (evenings only) and tea provided at the reception lounge The hotel room we booked was very spacious and the amenities were adequate and of high quality (think there isn’t a room safe but no biggie). There was even a complete tea set to make a proper cup of Chinese tea. A room air purifier and dehumidifier are provided. The bed is big and comfortable with adequate pillows. The aircon here works perfectly unlike other hotels’ useless control settings. I like the huge projector screen entertainment system except there isn’t much to offer non-Chinese guests. Soundproofing-wise, we could occasionally hear neighbouring room doors close and people talking in the corridors but it wasn’t a big issue. The shower and toilet area is large but the entire floor will become wet & slippery after a shower as there isn’t a screen to contain the spray from the shower. The hotel does provide a floor mat and bathroom slippers to prevent slipping.

We were assigned a projector room initially (ie no tv but a projector screen). Its bit dirty and run down. We are fine with it since we don't spend much time there. However, the aircon wasn't working. It auto off after 3-5min. Told the staffs and they investigate and ended up moving us to a different room. The new room is cleaner and newer! However there is a strong smell of smoke. 😐 feedback to front desk the next morning, and they managed to remove the smell by the time I'm back to the hotel that night.

A very nice hotel with good facilities, good sevice,very friendly and helpful staffs . Very spacious room and good breakfast with plenty of variety of food. Only down side is a bit far from tourist attractions but still is a walking distance. Overall it is a good hotel to stay.

潮州節日人很多，幸得酒店有停車場，在市中心，離各景區都不遠。玩得很開心。 酒店保安帥哥人很好，指揮車跟幫忙拿行李都很捧的。從前台的小姐姐，到樓層的服務員，服務的意識和態度都很好。房間衞生安靜，睡床舒服，床單被套都很乾凈整潔。衞生間三分離這一點要贊一下。配的一次性用品很高擋，喜歡。早餐品種多，味道好。牛雜果條吃得很開心。願推薦給有來潮州的好友們。

집사는 매우 배려했습니다. 그는 도착 시간을 미리 알고 미리 에어컨을 켜고 체크인 후 간식을 주었습니다. 아이들은 행복했고 노인 가족은 너무 사려 깊었습니다. 방은 위생적이었습니다. 노모는 침구가 깨끗하다는 것을 알았다고 말했습니다. 모두가 이틀 연속 잘 잤고 침대는 매우 넓습니다. 호텔은 Paifang Street 및 고대 도시와 가까운 훌륭한 위치에 있으며 도보 거리에 있습니다. 체크인 당일 밤, 나는 가족 그룹의 Amway에 즉시 놀라움을 느꼈습니다. 다음에 차오 저우에 가면이 집을 다시 예약 할 것입니다 😊

這家酒店的環境非常的乾淨，特別是房間的設施很衞生。給人一種特別舒服的感覺。入住還送了民族服裝體驗券。可以免費體驗民族服裝四個小時。需要可以跟前台多拿一張電卡，讓房間一直保持自己的適當的温度。每次路過前台服務員都會問候，這些細節是其他酒店難以做到的。前台也有自助的羅漢果茶，咖啡，單樅茶。讓每個住店的客人都能體驗一下當地特色的涼茶，茶葉。酒店就在景區裏面到達牌坊街廣濟橋開元市都非常近5分鐘就能到達酒店，樓下還有小吃街西馬路，潮州的各種特色小吃腐乳雞翅，豬腳圈，甘草水果，春捲，芝麻茶，油甘汁，豆腐花……都應有盡有。潮州菜，牛肉火鍋，生醃，附近也都有得吃。希望這家酒店再接再厲，生意更上一層樓。建議大家來潮州時候入住這家酒店，你會沐浴到春風般的温暖。
