when booking the a room looking into the courtyard beware that the noise of the rest of rooms will sound as if the action is happening in your own room, the window is not noise proof at all. Any weekend plenty of families with kids will come to this hotel so sleep is very difficult and nobodys fault but the lack of noiseproof on the window. On the other hand room looking at the street is no way better, this hotel has only 3 floors and it is located at a busy street full of traffic. breakfast was decent and good enough with the local beef noodle especially, the location is good just crossing the street you get into Chao Zhou ancient town, but again we found sleep and rest in overall difficult in this hotel

Perfect hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, and facilities. Room has comfortable aircon that is controllable, strong shower and big TV. Free use of washer. The reception staff are very helpful to recommend places to eat and booking of our taxi. Will definitely stay again.

Quite nice! My kids loved the rooms because it was so big! Rooms had nice decor and comfy beds. One thing we didn't enjoy was that the rooms were so too warm, they probably turned off their central air conditioning and only turned on the heating.

Very good experience with HansiXihu hotel in Chaozhou Ancient City. It has an Oriental feel with Chinese guzheng live music perfomance twice a day.The location is great within walking distance to most of the major attractions.This hotel has great service with complimentary tea, coffee and dessert for guests. The staff are all very friendly and helpful in many ways and there is also a daily morning walking tour conducted by hotel staff guide of around 3 hours. They also have s free laundry service for guests.

Great Location in the ancient city, easy to access to all historical scenes . Staff are very friendly and helpful as they helped us to transportation. Advanced smart home technology can control almost everything by vocal commands. Authentic Chiu chow food can be found just next to the hotel. You may just grab free Tea , coffee, bottled water and Chinese herbal drinks at the reception.

Hotel is located at a very good location. Excellent service from front desk staff and they were very kind to provide free room upgrade and breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, also big TV screen. Breakfast was a good spread of local and western cuisine.
