쿠에리니 럭셔리 스위트(Querini Luxury Suites)

The suites are absolutely lovely, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The balcony is an ideal spot to catch the morning or evening sun and people watch. It is located on a charming little road in the centre of the old town, which is a short walk to the harbour, bars and restaurants. Maria our host was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay in Chania perfect in every way. Overall our stay couldn’t have been more perfect!! We highly recommended these suites and would definitely stay here again when we return.

My wife and I traveled to Crete in September and we were amazed by this place and the city of Chania. We were late getting in due to the long drive from Heraklion and some ferry delays, but Maria was incredibly accommodating and saved us a parking spot and helped us check in very late at night. The room was incredible with a beautiful rooftop view and hot tub. Chania itself was a joy to walk around and we could have spent hours in the harbor just enjoying the views, sounds, and food. The rooms are just a short walk to the harbor along the beautiful streets in old town. Parking is a bit of a pain, but that's the price you pay to be able to walk everywhere. Chania may have been our favorite part of our entire vacation. We can't recommend Querini Luxury Suites enough and would highly recommend staying here.

This luxurious room is just as pictured! All of the comforts of a 5 star hotel, without the nuisance of multiple rooms. There are 2 suites, one on the roof with a tub and jacuzzi and the one below with a shower only. Maria was a most gracious host, and the room was conveniently located to old town harbor, literally footsteps from great restaurants and bars. You don’t even hear the outside noise of the street below. My only wish was there were a microwave, but everything else you would need is included!!

The absolute best place to stay in Chania! The suites are located one block from the busy streets, so you’re very close to everything but are also able to have a quiet sleep. But above all, Maria (the property manager) is the most lovely person on earth. She went above and beyond to make sure our time in Crete was incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The manager, Maria, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and see that we had everything we needed. She also suggested places to visit that were specific to our interests.

The host was amazing and welcoming, she helped answer all our questions. The apartment was large and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and modern. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the host and apartment.

Stayed here last year, and it was amazing. Maria the owner, is a gem in hospitality. She helped us with parking, she knew my son loved kiwis so she bought him a bunch, delicious wine and treats left in room. The room was very comfortable, nice shower, and close to the port. Maybe 5-10min walk from the center of Chania. It’s on a busy street, but you don’t hear outside noise.

Every once in a while there is a place that leaves you wishing you could give more than 5 stars, Querini Luxury Suites is just that! I would give 10 stars if I could! There are two elements at play here - the host and the property itself. First off, Maria is a SUPER host! From the original booking inquiry through check-out, she was timely in response, willing to help in ANY way possible and made herself available for the smallest inquiry! Despite the time difference before we arrived in Greece from the U.S., Maria would respond at all hours, which made our planning more efficient, not having to wait until the next day for reply. Once we arrived, she kept us apprised of changes to Covid policies within the country and Crete, and even helped facilitate a cab when we could not find one at the port once we disembarked the ferry. Additionally, she contacted pharmacies for us regarding testing, etc. On top of all of this, Maria met us for check-in to help with luggage and provide an overview of the property - AND - she met us for check-out to ensure we got in the car she arranged. This was a world-class experience thanks to Maria! Now, the property itself! One benefit of traveling in the off-season (mid-November) is we were able to find some deals that we may not have otherwise been able to afford in peak summer season. The superior suite was overly spacious (great given we had a 2 year old and 5 year old with us) and also offers a rooftop hot tub/spa! One thing to note (which did not impact us) is it does require stairs to get to the room. The location is GREAT! Located adjacent to the municipal market in old town, there is charm, character, shopping and dining literally outside of your front door! Maria had a welcome package for us and complimentary wine/beer in the fridge. She also provided an array of recommendations for our time in Chania. I cannot recommend this property enough! There is zero question we would STAY HERE AGAIN if ever in Chania!!!

Perfect stay at Querini Suites in September 2021! The place was right in the heart of Chania. It was modern and very confortable but above all, Maria (Querini manager) has been exceptional of kindness and recommendations. We will definitely come back!
