Contacted when I reached and was told that they can't accept foreigners so they arranged for me to stay in another block. I used my English name when I booked, why would they not know that I'm a foreigner? The replacement arranged only has a squat toilet so it may not be very convenient for elderly. TV remote missing and when I informed, they kept insisting that I search for it. The room is not very big so at one glance can see its not in the room. Then they kept saying guests normally don't use the TV. The thing is, if you list TV as being one of the facilities, you jolly ensure it's there to be used. I don't need to know if other guests use it or not. Otherwise, receptionist was very fast to response.
