環境：離地鐵站不遠 就在文化廣場隔壁 吉林大學校區都很近 離八大舊部也很近可以步行過去打卡
設施：對的起希爾頓品牌 房間整潔乾淨
訂的是套房 空間還可以 衞浴空間也很大 有浴缸和淋浴房都有 坐廁是智能坐板舒服起碼不會涼pp
淋浴房有扶手行動不便的人的確非常必要！
第二天配了4瓶礦泉水貼心
智能家居系統挺人性化的 而且用起來也挺合理的
該熄的燈都熄了該亮的人走過就會亮
服務：辦理入住和退房都很快
這次旅行住了三家酒店就這家的機器人能用得上 前兩家都説是故障的 儘管等餐時間有點長但起碼送到門口
衞生：整潔乾淨衞生 每天都有人來打掃房間沒發現臟東西

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

首先表揚服務真的超級好，待人熱情，我買了西瓜沒有刀，前台的七七楊美女還幫我切好裝盤送到房間，被感動到了。早餐也很棒，種類繁多。酒店設施很新，地段不錯，可以在旁邊文化廣場逛逛很舒服👍

來長春前做了不少作業，選歡朋主要是為了它的早餐，選哪間店主要是覺得這家位置比較合適，來辦入住，前台小哥跟我説剛開業兩個月，所以設施都很新，房間裏也沒有裝修的味兒，住了三晚，真是很舒服，一定給好評！

酒店新開業沒幾天，一切都很新。套房很不錯，早餐品種豐富，員工服務態度好，整體有品質。房間裏還有些裝修味道，想一直開窗通風，但因為臨街比較吵。房間電視無法手機投屏（ 要求掃電視上的二維碼，但是電視上一直不出現碼），服務員幫調了半天，又聯繫技術人員，但還是解決不了。衞生間很大，馬桶，淋浴，浴盆，洗手盆都分區，但是馬桶和淋浴玻璃門都幾乎透明，沒有磨砂效果，建議改進。

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square.
Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

Location is a bit far from the center. There's a nearby metro station though. The hotel is bright and modern. The room has all amenities we need. Shower is good. TV is big enough. Breakfast quality is a bit disappointing.
