아마라 호텔(Amara Hotel Chandigarh)

We reached at 2 pm and even thought our room was not ready. And on phone they said we can come anytime after 11 and our room is available. On reception there was a person who lied to us that the room he is providing is Regal but actually it was Era. Washroom Odour was not tolerable. We waiting for approx on hour and then moved out as we can’t stay at that room more. Floor are bulging out and odour made us uncomfortable. We finally got our room and our stuff shifted to other room which we booked when we were not at hotel.although they informed us when we were leaving the hotel that they might do it but I was expecting a call. Cockroach’s were at the breakfast counter and roaming on the bread butter plate Shower not working properly and we were there for 2 days and more then 3 people came but no one able to fix it and staff said they will change our room if they can not fix it but they did not In the mid night at 12 we found a big rat on ceiling. Staff also saw but unable to get rid of that. They don’t have any other room. Staff on site tried calling multiple other ***agement person but he said no one picking his call.So left the hotel after doing complete payment in mid night.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. This would be a 3-star hotel but it's amazing staff makes it a 5-star hotel especially Kamal Singh Chauhal at the front desk who really went Above and Beyond to help my husband and I with our local travel plans. Kamal is a great asset to this hotel. The restaurant, event and housekeeping staff are also efficient, professional and courteous. The hotel itself could use some renovations as some areas of our room and hallway looked a little weary. With this staff and a few upgrades, Amara Hotel has real potential to be a top-notch hotel.

Staff try’s to help as much as possible. Breakfast in the morning and room service everyday. There is no need to ask. Very good for the price, good AC, internet, hot water, bar on first floor. all good for a quick stay. They also have food service which is great if your want to stay in.

We were on way to ***ali around 7 pm we reached chandigarh in sector 43 my friend suggested to halt in hotel amara.neat n clean room no 104 main road facing room we booked.live music in restaurant ,good ambiance,parking wifi,hot water was there.we were three adults he charged accordingly.no break fast he included that's why I don't give 5 stars.even I runs villa / cottage in ***ali in the name of Aroma t*** villa we serves breakfast with stay
