오텔 플랑 시엘(Hôtel Plein Ciel)

A very pleasant hotel, remarkably located right in the heart of the mountains, with uninterrupted views and plenty of space, including a huge terrace and a well-designed common room. Note that access in winter is all the easier if you are a skier. Very friendly and attentive staff. A real commitment to customer satisfaction. The half-board service is very well thought out, with a rich and copious breakfast in the form of a varied buffet, an afternoon snack and complimentary appetisers. The catering is excellent, varied and very well presented, with a unique dinner. We were treated to a delicious fondue. Snowshoes are available and there is a spa and sauna, very useful if the weather is bad. Very good service overall, although some of the facilities could do with a refresh. Thank you

The views, the food and the atmosphere were all wonderful but what made this such a special place to get married was the staff. They took all the stress out of the day and did everything we asked of them and then much, much more. Right from the first contact with the hotel to the final check-out all the staff were wonderful. All our families and our friends had nothing but good things to say about all the staff - those in reception, in the kitchen, in the bar, in setting up the chairs, in helping electronics and generally guest assistance. Everyone was fantastic. The view is breathtaking (provided it is clear) and the 360 views from the restaurant make dinner a splendid experience. The food is exquisite - reminiscent of a 5 star hotel (I would highly recommend the vegetarian lasagna and the meringue dessert. Amazing place.

We ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Six of us, celebrating my 80th birthday. The dinner menu is set, no choices. There is a 'light bite' option of sandwiches etc. I was a little alarmed to notice that the main course was a vegetarian lasagna, I normally enjoy red meat. However, when the dish was set before me it was attractive, and actually very tasty. The staff were friendly, the service relaxed and easy going. Overall an enjoyable evening. Recommended for families staying at the top of the village. I cannot comment on the hotel facilities as we did not use them.

because we were arriving very late to the hotel and it was heavily raining, we took the wrong turn and stayed on track with gps suggestions that got us a bit lost. We called the hotel for help and the staff went out of their way to help us find the property and welcomed und warmly when we arrived

Un endroit de rêve on se sent coupé du monde, déconnexion garantie ! Un accueil incomparable, une décoration agréable, mention spéciale pour la grande cheminée, des fauteuils des canapés partout, la cuisine est fabuleuse le service parfait. On se sent privilégiés du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Très bon restaurant avec une cuisine inventive et des saveurs très justes bel équilibre des plats à découvrir sans hésiter. Hôtel avec une très belle vue panoramique au pied des pistes.personnel très accueillant. Seul l'accès par la route est ardu mais Hôtel à découvrir été comme hiver.

Comme d habitude, un super séjour dans un lieu exceptionnel et unique! Repos, ski et contemplation. On a hâte de revenir. La cuisine est toujours aussi délicieuse, le service est toujours soigné. Le personnel est très agréable. Ce serait super si la literie pouvait être remplacée.

un petit coup de renouveau sur le concept ne ferai pas de tort. Le confort des chambres reste moyen, lampe murale décrochée, manque de prise, lit étroit, Une vitre dans la grande salle est à remplacer… Qu.il faille attendre pour que le thermo soit rempli ou de devoir rappeler pour avoir du pain…., le goûter ou une vague eau dans une cruche remplie de quartier d’orange, le prix des vins exhorbitants, une nourriture avec une recherche esthétiques mais peu savoureuses a part les desserts toujours succulents… le service est détendu et sympa. Bien évidemment la vue est superbe et l’accès au piste est parfait. les chambres niveau -2 ne sont pas vraiment sympa ….surtout pour 3 adultes .

Très partagés sur cet hôtel. Contents : la dame de la réception qui est serviable et souriante, le serveur, aussi souriant et spécialiste en cocktails(!!!!), la vue sur les Dents du Midi et les Dents Blanches, la literie de bonne qualité. Pas contents : les repas déséquilibrés. Le premier soir, planchette de viande du Valais, raclette à gogo, meringue à la crème de Gruyère, le second soir, roulade d’aubergine avec 10g de, curry de légumes avec sauce seulement pour le tiers du plat et vermine de yaourt aux fruits. C’est bien joli de faire avec les produits du marché, mais il faudrait tenir compte de l’équilibre des repas et ne pas imposer une vue végétarienne à tous sans possibilité de choisir autre chose. La serveuse qui apporte les plats avec une longue chevelure pas attachée. Que signifie le sigle ecolabel? Baignoire dans les chambres, pas vu de panneaux photovoltaïques, chauffage sûrement au gaz ou au mazout……
