設施有點舊，環境還可以，能看見雪山

We stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. The luggage room was locked, and we had no access to our bags when we needed to leave for our flight. The hotel staff failed to inform us that the room would be locked and reception closed and un-reachable. Even the emergency number at the entrance provided so solutions or assistance. As a consequence, we were forced to book private taxis and new buses to collect our luggage the next day, which cost us $800! What’s worse, the hotel took no responsibility for their mistake and refused to compensate us in any way. Will never stay here again. Avoid at all costs!

I felt like P&V is positioning to be the Ryan Air of accommodation: Penny pinching on basics that one takes for granted with any hotel stay eg shampoo, soap and toilet roll! I was shocked too be advised (at our time of need!) that one toilet roll is provided per room, per stay- this is just demeaning and was never explained up front, but was when I gently asked at reception a new roll and was told ”NO, One roll only, it’s in the contract…”. No care, no empathy just “it’s in the contract “ which actually it is not! This left a very bad impression of how low P&V would go to maximise profit. I honestly cannot believe such a basic human health essential is withheld, and guests are not only not warned, but humiliated by being sent out into the snow to buy more, regardless of time of day! Demeaning, mean spirited and shocking. Towels were thin and postage-stamp sized, Internet dreadful and there is no sound proofing between floors. Fine for those on a tight budget, well located, but I’m genuinely shocked at the shoe string budget they spend on simple basics/essentials. A 4pm check in was disappointing given our early arrival but I should have known that (my bad). Again, the deep disappointment was that the reception areas toilet is locked when the reception is unmanned. Borderline Fawlty Towers!

My family and I received the worst treatment we have ever had. we requested an invoice for our accommodation and for almost a month we have been receiving discriminatory and offensive emails and no one is helping us solve a simple problem. We paid almost €500 for a small apartment with a clogged bathroom. We are honest people and we often travel all over the world, we have never seen such rudeness. The photos of the apartments are misleading, we took the largest apartment for 7 people but in reality it could be fine for 4. The street below the rooms is noisy from early in the morning. Check in is only possible from 4pm and check out at 11am, which is absolutely unfair. There are numerous better hotels in the surrounding area, we recommend avoiding this residence.

Le personnel est prévenant et se montre disponible. Par contre, au niveau de l'appartement, il va falloir prévoir une mise à niveau : les casseroles et poêles avec un revêtement anti-adhésif sont rayées (PFAS ?), il manque un plat, un saladier, une planche à découper... La salle de bain est bien usagée (moisissures aux joints de l'écran de douche et au niveau de la faïence, rouille). Les menuiseries extérieures laissent passer l'air froid, c'était l'été, je n'ose imaginer l'hiver. Ce serait vraiment dommage de ne pas effectuer une rénovation globale de cette résidence si idéalement située.
