Arrived here on the Friday night ready for a diving competition in Manchester in the aquatics centre on Saturday. Ryan was absolutely lovely. Advised us on what way would be better to get into the city centre. Always on hand if we needed anything and was very helpful and thorough throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan. Was lovely to be greeted by someone so friendly. Had time for a chat and laugh on both days that we stayed. Thank you Ryan ☺️

Spend a lot of time at Premier Inn Oldham (Broadway) as my daughter who has ASD loves this Hotel ❤ We always usually stay in the same room each time and the front of counter staff, especially Rachel and Ryan are always super friendly and try to accommodate us as best they can. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are warm and cosy. Always spotless with a great comfy bed and fab power shower! Always happy to return 😊

I stay here regular when on business in Manchester. Its the cleanest Premier Inn I can find, has parking, close to the city and has the nicest staff especially Rachel on Reception who always goes out of her way to help when I need something, usually me forgetting my phone charger.

Comfy nights sleep.staff are very helpful especially rachel on reception. Nothing seemed like to much trouble would definitely stay again. And i will be recommending to friends and family in the future. It was easy to find and theres plenty to do arond the area

We had an amazing stay here seeing family that stay close by, the hotel was immaculate and homley. Very accomodating for children. The staff were great Rachel on reception was so friendly and helpful. Will be back soon to visit family again.

Beds very comfortable, Ryan and Rachel on the reception was amazingly helpful and catered for all are needs in a nice friendly manner. The hotel was clean. The food in the pub was nice this time as when I stayed a few months ago the menu was a bit limited so much improved.
