Just returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable week's stay here. From Bologna it's about a 70min journey, we used it as a base to go off and visit San Marino (50mins away), Rimini (20 mins) and Ravenna (45). Cesenatico is a nice seaside town with a nice promenade you can walk down on the beach front with plenty of amenities but I'd definitely recommend visiting the aforementioned towns to get a more historic flavour. As for the hotel, it was fabulous. Key mention to the exceptional cleanliness of the entire place. The staff are also incredible, they can't do enough for you and whilst for some English isn't that well understood they are all charming and made a real fuss of us and our three children. Special mention to the tireless Maria, and all of the staff in the restaurant Mattia, Giuseppe, Bianca and Simona. The room was clean and had everything we needed if not a little small for 5 people, we learned once we arrived that they also offer adjoining apartments which are more spacious but these can only be booked directly through the hotel's website. The swimming pool is pristine and very large, and had a diving board which we all enjoyed. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of space. As we visited slightly before the start of the season we almost had it entirely to ourselves. It's definitely one of the nicest pools I've ever had on holiday. The food is also mainly excellent, there is a regular buffet of salads and breads and then every day there are different menu options which you have to order the day before. Plenty of variety and on the whole very tasty. A couple of considerations, not negatives as such - the food isn't hugely child friendly but this wasn't a huge problem as there is always lots of side options and plentiful of lovely fresh fruit and we learned quickly not to order too much. Also, the AC in the room was hit and miss, some nights it worked, others it didn't, when it didn't it really impaired our sleep. We asked at reception and they seemed to switch it on, I'm not sure if you in the room have complete control over it. Finally, we thought we had booked all inclusive but it turns out that wasn't the case. Meals three times a day are included and wine with lunch and dinner also, but as for drinks the rest of the day that wasn't included. This wasn't an issue but not what we expected. All in all a fabulous family holiday, thanks so much to Miguel the manager and his team.

Staff e personale molto cortesi e premurosi.bellissima e ampia piscina esterna,purtroppo il tempo fresco non ci ha dato modo di usufruirne. Ottima la cucina guidata dal gentilissimo chef Alfredo. Noi ,avendo un bimbo di soli 10 mesi, siamo comunque riusciti a mantenere un menu adeguato per un lattante dove in altri posti non è possibile. Speriamo di ritornare con un tempo migliore! All’insegna del relax totale. Il personale cortese, il cuoco cordiale e pronto a soddisfare i gusti dei bimbi, la piscina pulita e grande, l’animatrice Giulia dolce. Cristina attenta alle richieste della clientela e pronta a venire in incontro. I camerieri col sorriso. Torneremo !

Hotel familiare, molto pulito; personale cordiale e disponibile! Formula All Inclusive consigliatissima! Pasti abbondanti dove anche una persona pluriallergica come me ha trovato senza difficoltà alimenti da poter consumare in tutta sicurezza. Bellissima piscina. La spiaggia convenzionata (compresa nella formula) molto bella e ben attrezzata con personale gentile e disponibile!

Da ich meine vorherige Bewertung nicht mehr revidieren kann möchte ich noch Stellungsnahme beziehen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten war Herr Manuel sehr bemüht uns so schnell als möglich zu helfen damit wir für meine Tante ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Er sowie das gesamte Team sind sehr bemüht das alles passt. Herr Manuel kam uns mit einigen Dingen sehr entgegen. Er ist wirklich ein Mensch mit Klasse. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Besonders Emilia von der Bar ist eine Perle. Sie erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche. Sogar mit unseren Hunden wurde immer versucht das wir sie bei uns haben können. Wir konnten abends draußen sitzen mit dem Hunden. Auch zum Pool durften sie mitgenommen werden. Sehr Tierfreundlich. Am Meer durften die Hunde auch dabei sein, jedoch an die 3 hinteren Reihen. Was ich auch verstehen kann. Wir möchten uns nochmals hier herzlichst bedanken für alles.
