Ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare. Se siete fortunati (meteo e posizione camere) l'alba è un bello spettacolo. Bene l'accoglienza, camera pulita Da migliorare la colazione, in bassa stagione dava l'aspetto di svuota frigo con moscerini sulla frutta e personale poco presente, in media stagione già fin troppo affollata. Diversi aspetti e finiture da migliorare (serramenti poco a tenuta, carte da parati). Mancanza di una coperta in più, che da ottobre in avanti diventa necessaria col vento delle mareggiate che spinge. Prezzo non male.

The hotel was like being catfished. Photos looked great on the website but when you turned up, it turned out to be a backwater hillbilly cousin you never knew about. The jug was broken, they just told us they didn’t have anymore, the air con was at a fixed temperature and everything needed a deposit, extra key, beach towel etc and the decor and furniture looked as though it had seen much better days. Our shade over one of our doors was broken and though they said it would be fixed three times, in the 9 days we were there (we were part of a big sporting group) they didn’t fix it. To their credit however, they are renovating but had I not visited my friends rooms, I wouldn’t have know that - it actually just perturbed me more that there were nice quality rooms and we got a crappy one. 4 stars it is not, more like 2. Oh, the bartending girl from Florence was lovely, as were the dinner wait staff and the cleaners. Management, give those people a raise.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Starting from the late check-in time, everything went downhill. The first room we were given had broken air conditioning and was dirty, with hairs and nails from previous guests. We had to change rooms, but the new room wasn't any better. Although the air conditioning was supposed to work perfectly, it barely functioned at all. One of the biggest issues was that, despite multiple requests, our room was not cleaned at the scheduled time. We have two dogs, and without an appointment for cleaning at a specific time, it is not possible for us. We ended up losing a total of 8 hours over 5 days just waiting for cleaning. The hotel staff were unable to help us with anything. We are extremely disappointed with the level of service and the lack of professionalism from the staff. No words can describe our dissatisfaction.

Great location, right on the beachfront. We had a Comfort Room, which was very comfortable, spacious and had perfect view from the 6th floor over the beach. Highly recommendable. Very extensive breakfast buffet. On the negative side, check-in was slow with no additional information, like where breakfast would be, or discounted pricing for the beaches, or information about the facilities (we realized only after a few days that the hotel has a big swimming pool area at the back). Breakfast was trying at times - coffee machines placed so that people getting coffee blocked getting to the buffet, often no cups, staff didn't notice the machines needed refilling. Check-in and breakfast were both not the sort of service one would expect in a 4-star hotel. We were completely ignored on our 2nd day at lunch at one of the hotel's beach restaurants, eventually we simply left and lunched for the rest of our stay at another restaurant.

When I booked this Hotel I was expecting a 4 star experience but instead I got something in the region of a 1,5 star experience. From start to finish it was a disaster. First sight was the building site at the front, Then the inside something out of the eighties. Definitely not decorated for over 20 years but definitely needs it and should shut until it’s finished. Shower doors were hanging off so I had to fix them.Air conditioning was turned off as they were undergoing some repairs and the WI-FI was absolutely useless. Now on to the breakfast well for a 4 Star establishment it was a joke, the hot food was not covered an I the time I got there till I left didn’t change just dried up egg and cold fatty bacon. I didn’t eat anything adit was disgusting. Definitely one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Should definitely think about closing till it is in a good state!!!.
