Maximus Hotel & Wellness – Is This 4-Star Service? I was genuinely excited to experience your couple’s package – a night’s stay and a 3-hour wellness session. As a first-time guest, I expected a seamless, rejuvenating experience. Sadly, I left disappointed – not by the facilities, but by the lack of consideration in your guest service. Lost in Wellness Centre We weren't allowed to see the wellness centre before using our 3-hour slot. The place is huge – but without a tour or orientation, we wasted precious time figuring it out ourselves. We didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities, and our time ran out. This is avoidable and unfair. Inflexible Timing, Despite Being Hotel Guests We asked to split our wellness time so we could enjoy it at our leisure – we were, after all, staying at the hotel. But no flexibility was offered. Since we couldn’t commit to the unlimited package, we were stuck. This rigid policy makes little sense, especially for hotel guests unfamiliar with the wellness centre. Breakfast Confusion Reception told us breakfast ran till 10:30. We arrived at 10:00 – but it had already ended. Apparently, the receptionist got the timing wrong because it was a public holiday. The restaurant manager let me grab a rushed coffee and bite – appreciated, but awkward with him checking on me as food was cleared away. This is not what I expected from a 4-star rated hotel. First-time guests deserve better orientation, more flexible use of facilities, and accurate information from staff. Please do better – the experience has potential, but the service must match the promise.
