Naia Lombok

I felt so welcomed at this beautiful place. Yes it’s very stylish, yes it has a fantastic central location in popular Kuta, but I felt so welcomed by the team. They went beyond & above to safely accommodate my hire car out front each day I stayed. They were happy to put my extra Jamu in their private fridge. I enjoyed their breakfast with the most perfectly cooked omelette on top of avocado toast. Delicious! I was lucky to experience their music evening where we all sang our hearts out to many popular songs that the local band performed. Agus was professional & friendly in his role as manager. I had a wonderful deep conversation with Dewi that will stay with me forever. I loved this place. I hope to return again soon. 🌴🙏🏻🌴

Totally recommend Naia Lombok, from the incredible facilities and cleanliness, to the kindness of the staff always smiling and happy to help! They also organize evening games for guests to know each other and pay a special attention to everyone. Will definitely go back!

Absolutely beautiful, clean & brilliantly located hotel with a stunning touch of attention to detail!!!! I came to naia for a four day solo trip and I wasn’t disappointed. Marls was very attentive and instantly relaxed my solo travelling nerves. The staff who work within the hotel are absolutely amazing and are a true credit to Marls team:) Nothing ever seemed like too much and the staff regularly engaged with me and other visitors getting involved with games and dancing. Hendrys dance moves were definitely my favourite🙈 Thankyou so much to marls & the team:)

We enjoyed our stay at Naia. The staff was very friendly, and everyone made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect and everything is very comfortable. Also they male delicious breakfast and coffee. I can definetely recommend to everyone visiting Kuta.

We had booked 2 nights but immediately fell in love with the hotel and extended for another 3 nights. The place is quite central in Kuta and even if it is busy on the street, you don't hear it inside the room. With 6 rooms, you will never be overrun here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. There was air conditioning and it worked. There was also an electric kettle and coffee and tea that were refilled every day. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water and an ok shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. There was wifi and it worked well. The swimming pool is nice and the water is clean. The breakfast was extremely good. All in all, there are a lot of small details and a commitment on the part of the staff that make a stay at this cozy botiueq hotel an experience you have to treat yourself to. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

I had a short but brilliant stay at Naia Lombok, with the owner and staff being very accommodating. The rooms and building itself are very nice and provide for a relaxing atmosphere, whilst the breakfast is also very good. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Lombok..highly recommend!
