Hotel Shivdev International

Nothing like the pictures. I paid for superior room With a city view. Got a smelly internal room no windows no hot tap stains on sheets from last guests blood stains on floor stunk of piss. Went to ask to ask for the room I paid for told take it or leave it!! Avoid this hotel at all cost!!

Very filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. Worst ***agement. Don't go by the smiling face while you enter. Once you handover the room rent it changes. We paid the money for 3 nights and were forced to stay in as they said it is not refundable. We 2 families booked in as it was near to the station and the fake photos on the website. Room was full of spits of Paan. Bathroom had big holes and cigrate smell all the time. Bathroom flush was not working in 1 room, when enquired asked us to use bucket to flush it. Broken old window AC to cool 4 persons room. The AC was yelling for the 3 days. AC's will be switched off at 5AM for maintenance and will be started if you ask them several times. No hot water for kids, when asked they said it is not advisable to take hot bath during summer. I felt like saying f**k. Free breakfast will be either 1 Aloo paratha or 3 Poori, you have to call them everyday and plead. We ordered out on 2nd and 3rd day. TV was not working in both the room, they said satellite box has an issue, so TV don't work. They call it mattress, but we slept on spring and went back without a proper back. They didn't provide us a key for the room. We need to wait at the reception for opening our room everytime when we leave and come back. Don't go for this .

Worst hotel to exist in the world. Greeted us with very friendly with them carrying our luggage but the rooms and the environment was appaling. The AC did not cool the rooms being a broken window AC, the walls were cracked, no hot water, the bathroom had smoke smell and had paan stains all over the floor, the mattress was spring, the bedsheets were very dirty, there were flies inside, bed bugs were found, lots of people drinking and smoking in public with doors open, not safe for family, electricity and AC being cut out at 5 AM every morning and you'd have to ask them multiple times to turn it back on, didn't take card for charges, kept ignoring issues being brought to them and didnt give a receipt. Terrible hotel do not stay here, don't get ****** in by the fake pictures and false reviews the hotel is ***aged terrible and they will steal your money.

Please don't stay at this hotel, I guarantee you that you must regret. The staff of the hotel is very ***nerless. I have advanced paid my rent but at the time of checkout they have not provide the bill. After requesting them they said that they will wahstapp and mail my bill. But after followup multiple times they have not provide my bill and behave very rudely.

Atay Mahishwahesh runs this place for two years, and he has a very good smile. Rooms are nice, the place is clean, but make sure the window can be opened when you check in, otherwise hard to get fresh air
