Wow what an amazing hotel in the best location in the city, you will not be disappointed. The staff were so friendly, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. Special mention to Kirill who is so knowledgeable about food and drink especially the local wine, his service levels could match the best at any of the top hotels in the world.

Really lovely hotel right in the centre of Old Town on the main ***** next to the river and all the cafes (and nice shops on the street behind the hotel). Couldn't have asked for a better hotel! There is a bit of noise from the cafes/bars in the evening, but this doesn't go on until late so was not an issue for us. Really good-sized room, very comfy bed and average sized bathroom. The bathroom has a large glass door to the bedroom but there is a curtain which ensures some privacy - I read some other reviews about this and although this is a bit different to most hotels, this didn't bother us enough for it to be an issue. The shower itself was great! Check-in was really easy and the team were always very helpful. Breakfast was also really good (from 8am-11am) - plenty of food and drink options provided including a choice of to A la Carte items - and the staff were friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant for lunch or dinner, but enjoyed drinks each evening in the hotel bar which has tables out the front/side, which was lovely especially in this hot weather - really nice waiters who were happy to recommend the local wines. I would definitely stay here again! Only a few minor issues: - General lack of toiletires which you would usually expect in a posh hotel - Pillows are a bit soft - Main table in our room had marks which had damaged the table, so it looks a bit shabby

Great location,clean,good restaurant,nice employes. Rooms are nicly furnished,walk in shower. There is a mini bar in the room and caffe,tea. At the top floor there us a pool. Check out is possible even at 13 o clock. In the evening you can sit outside and just observe the city life.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options. On the river and walkable to restaurants, sights and doing. Open market really close. Lobster on a walkable Street. No parking

Very nice hotel, in the heart of old town! Close to shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. Room was very comfortable, large with a fantastic view! Breakfast was amazing! Fantastic choice of dishes to choose from. The hotel doesn’t do buffet style breakfast, but if you book your room with breakfast you get a choice of two dishes from the menu plus an assortment of pastries - fantastic food and very generous portions! The hotel staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel!

Two sides of the review. First: general insight and room. Hotel has great location, but no parking. Quite loud at night, especially during weekend. But location simply perfect as every important point is to be reached within few minutes walk. Room was not that spacious, but comfortable bed. For me not best pillows. Enough place to store things for few nights. Compact bathroom equipped with all amenities, toiletries, hairdryer. Didn't like to way shower closes, as often water run outside. Great that toilet was separated. Aircondition for minus - in winter set to heating and no possibility to change that. Modest, but good breakfast. Second side of the review: staff and hotel policy. Arrived one hour prior to check-in time, waited 20 minutes to be told that check-in is allowed in 40 minutes, no exception. Had no possibility to unpack things or change. Simply left luggage near front desk and went out. In the evening there was noone at recpetion to ask for earlier breakfast. Were leaving at 7.30 am for the activity out of the city and were thrown out from the restaurant as breakfast starts at 8.00. No exception. Take away coffee? Ok, but drink outside, not inside. Croissant that lays at desk? No, at 7.30 am not possible. 8.00 am, no exception. Every potential service you get between check-out and check-in time is made pro bono.

What a great little hotel this is - tucked away by the river within east walking access of the town river restaurants the venicular railway to the castle and the town. Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is included - all cooked to order so give it some time.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. I was very impressed by the ambiance, as the design is quite bold and unique. It has a tidy yet warm and homely feel. Lokacija je izredna ob sami Ljubljanici in meni osebno najlubšem delu Ljubljane.

The room was full of furniture so it seemed crowded. The design was out dated and carpets worn. The ventilation system runs constantly so it is a little noisy. It was a little overpriced due to the location. The staff was very very helpful kind and responsive.
