Need new management because they do not care about customer health. Asked for a refund for hotel room due to illness, and only asked for it 3 days after booking. They said I either have to show up or lose my money. They are willing to put other guests at risk of sickness as well. And this is on a busy weekend in Ljubljana where they are sold out and can easily find another customer, or book me for another weekend. They care more about the €€ than customer health and safety. Avoid at all cost.
