Pestana Cayo Coco Beach Resort

Its my 10 time in this hotel and I feel in family. The hotel is beautiful with nice beach and the staff is the best. Special thanks to Annelys in Customer Service for everything and invite us to the Dinner for Repeat Guest, the food was nice thanks Lisdiel and Migue and very god service of Julian and Alejandro. I recomend this hotel

I would like to give a big thanks to the bartenders at the lobby bar for their amazing service. Specially to Floridany, Leidy and Tito. The hotel overall offers a really good experience.

After so many visits, I obviously love the place. It had been a year and a half since my last visit, so there was definitely some change in staff, which I expected. Some of my favorites are still there and always treat us with such genuine kindness. My favorite lobby bartender, Marcos, who has been there since my first visit. He's so professional and amazing at his job! Two more favorites are now at the snack bar. Orlando, who makes the absolute best Pina Coladas who is such a kind soul and always so attentive. Alongside him now is Liesy, who is also a great bartender and always so friendly! As it was slow season, there was a very small buffet set up down at the Portugese a la carte. We aren't fussy, so it was fine, but not as much selection as usual. We were in building 3 this time, and the room was ok, getting to be a bit worn over time. My only real 'complaint,' which we, in fact, did not complain about, was that the water was barely warm, so showers weren't enjoyable. Overall, another great visit to Playa Paraiso! We'll be back!

We went August 30th to September6. We were 3 adult and a 8yrs old. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm and had Annelise welcoming us with an amazing smile. The checkin was very smooth the worker at the reception was friendly and helpfull. We were in building 8 second floor amazing view. The room was very clean, plenty of water pressure. Toilette working great etc..The room key always working. We were worried a little about the renovation and the closed buffet but that was not even an issue. The noise was not even noticable as we are barely in he bulding section. You are in Cuba for the beach. The buffet was offered outside yes some flies it wont kill you. Not many selection but always something to eat, we even had pizza. The sitting for the buffet is inside with Ac. They have a la cart every 2 days no reservation needed. With the low season there was plenty to eat and drink. Entertainement every nigh was great also the music after the show. The kids disco was also amusing as my daughter look forward to it. Thank you to YOIMA-VCTORIA for the kids club activities that my daughter enjoyed. She is very friendly. The pool is very clean and pool bar always open.Thank you ANNELISE for the warm welcome the VIP service you prepared for us. We had an amazing week and can't wait to be back very soon. Thank you to the chef LISDIER .Only downside Lot's of musquitoes they fumate every day thats not the resort fault so dont forget the musquitoes repellet also some shell on the beach water shoes will help.

We stayed at the resort August 14-20, family with 2 kids. It was a very good experience. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioner was working perfectly. Not a big variety of food, but everything was tasty: fresh eggs every morning and chicken and pork for lunch and dinner, amazing mango and guava. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would love to come back.

One of the many visits to the hotel, excellent service, great food, beach and pool wow, but our best cocktails were missing by the pool at the small Nativa bar, the piña coladas, mojitos, daiquiris, etc. were the best in the hotel. The waiter always offered charisma, smile, and respect, it was a pleasure to spend the afternoon by the pool next to the Nativa bar and Orlando. This time we found him at the snack bar and he was so kind he prepared the best daiquiris for me and my family. Just one suggestion, the Nativa bar was the best, I hope it comes up again because we all loved it. If there is one reason we return to this resort, it is for the beach, the Nativa bar, and Orlando.
