We had an amazing experience at the hotel. Everything was amazing, lots of fun, the food was well made and there is variety. The parties were wonderful, we had such beautiful time with the entertainment staff, and the services of the hotel treated us very nicely.

Rooms: clean, we stayed at building 33, room was dated, furniture damaged. One day they didn’t have enough towels, so we were left without face towels. Food: no variety of food at all, not enough food for the number of guests that stayed at the hotel. Beach: very nice, clean, enough shade for everyone. Beach towels were provided once when checked-in and couldn’t get new ones after. Pool: didn’t spend much time there, it looked clean. Not enough shade by the pool though. Wifi: had to ask for username and password 3 times as the ones they were giving me didn’t work. The wifi works adequately only at the lobby and dining area. We didn’t have wifi in our rooms at all. Check-in: we arrived at 11am. The hotel is at 100% capacity, so of course the didn’t give us rooms right away. But I was with a 1 year old baby, we were super hot and exhausted and the stuff didn’t do a single thing to accommodate us. At least they could have showed us the gym which has AC… the first day made a super bad impression of a hotel on us! Check-out: easy and quick. Kids room: it’s a SCAM! Was closed almost all the time. We got a chance to get there just once. The room is closed when a dedicated staff member if not there, and she was never there. So if you have kids, consider that there’s basically no kids room in this hotel. Overall impression: it’s an okay hotel, but O am never going there again during a peak season when the hotel is at full capacity. Could definitely feel that.

Was a wonderful holiday in this resort, the variety of the food at buffet was very good. The beach is clean and the staff was very polite. The entertainment crew was very lively, especially Carolina, Sheila, Jaris and Angel

Entertainment staff is incredible very entertaining and friendly. Pool is great very comfortable and the beach is beautiful waiter is warm and sand is as white as ever… buffet and ala carts restaurant is great food and helpful staff

Great resort! Food is good we really liked the Cuban restaurant. Beach is beautiful and clean- almost no seaweed. The entertainment is fantastic from Michael Jackson performance to live bands. Andy is such a great entertainer he really knows what’s going on and how to draw in a crowd.

Usually, I am too lazy to leave any review, and I never post bad ones, but this time, the service was terrible — completely terrible — so I am even spending my time to write this. Our vacation was completely spoiled. The staff was unfriendly, and the so-called premium package was not premium at all. At the 24-hour café, the food was awful, ketchup was diluted, and drinks with ice came with only melted leftovers. Most of the staff didn’t speak any English, making communication almost impossible. Only once did we meet a nice young guy who really tried to help and give us a good experience. On top of that, at the time of bookin, the website gave no information that the “privilege/premium” package was adults-only. We booked for two adult, thinking we could simply add our child for a small extra fee. Instead, the front desk said it would cost $200usd per day, and only after we complained they offered $100usd per day — still outrageous, considering a full all-inclusive stay withflights costs about that. In the end, we had to pay an extra $600usd for six days just so our child could stay in a separate area. This is a terrible solution and terrible service. I will make sure that none of my friends or family ever book this plac or travel to this resort in Cuba. It is absolutely not worth the money.
