PERSONNEL EXÉCRABLE !!!! Ayant un besoin urgent d'accéder à des toilettes, ma compagne s'est présentée à l'accueil de cet hôtel qui lui a présenté une fin de non recevoir. Il faut préciser que j'avais connu cet hôtel lors de précédents voyages pour mon travail et qu'en 14 ans son entretien général semble absent !!! Des avis de locaux vont dans ce sens...

Avoid this place. First, and probably most important, is the air conditioning doesn’t work well. The air inside the bedrooms is damp and full of mold. I tried to check out early, but they refused to do so without charging me for the full week charge. I felt trapped. The rooms are dirty, the public area is dirty, the gym is filthy, and the parking lot is used as a hangout for local teenagers who litter the grounds with trash and bottles. If you think you will go to the beach, you won’t it is mud. The place is in serious need of being raised. It is a health hazard. I was happy to have a fresh tetanus shot before arriving.

The property itself is a bit dated and could certainly do with a facelift. But the stunning beachfront location more than makes up for the dated luxury and is certainly one of the best options for a stay in Korou LOCATION: Excellent Oceanfront location at the tip of the town! DINE + DRINK: No Bar, just a bland big restaurant. The terrace seating looked wonderful in the pics, but they were not laid out because of the rainy season when we visited! ROOM: We stayed in Room 108, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular view of the Ocean and the swinging Palm trees from the Lovely balcony attached to the room; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Cosmetics FACILITIES: The pool was closed when we visited, so cannot review it. Super basic and dated Gym with a basic range of weights and worn-out machines! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Meidum-speed Wi-Fi(35 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Odd foreign Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment - But ONLY IN FRENCH!!! So if you don't understand french, don't even bother turning on the Telly!

Tout est parfait.!!!! 😄 Accueil, services, petit déjeuner, atmosphère mais surtout parcequ il est géré par des personnes humaines et tellement vraies et sincères Hâte d'y retourner Stéphane et Viviane

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel classé 4 étoiles, mais l’expérience ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus pour cette catégorie. La chambre présentait des traces de champignons sur les murs, la literie était de piètre qualité, et les draps portaient des marques suspectes. Le bâtiment est très sale à l’extérieur, à tel point que des mots étaient écrits du bout des doigts dans la poussière accumulée sur les vitres autour de la piscine. Les espaces extérieurs sont manifestement abandonnés et le personnel peu accueillant, ce qui ne permet pas de se sentir bienvenu. Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement basique : des céréales laissées dans des pots en plastique pendant tout le séjour, aucun grille-pain, et des croissants/petits pains industriels mal cuits, vraisemblablement sortis du congélateur. C’est d’autant plus décevant que l’hôtel est bien situé et aurait du potentiel. Mais en l’état actuel, il est difficile de comprendre comment cet établissement a pu obtenir 4 étoiles, surtout en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels du même classement à Cayenne.

Cadre superbe ! Relaxant et accueillant, franchement agréablement surpris ! L’hôtel est très bien situé et fortement paisible. Les chambres sont cool et le service est super correct. Franchement je recommande, surtout en famille c’est pas mal 👍🏾
