People from the hotel only speaks Portugues and sometimes the don’t even try to understand

If you speak Portuguese than you will enjoy this hotel a lot. The hotel sells itself on their website as international, but we were not able to attend anything. It starts with the Menus. You have to scan a QR code but then you can only use the Portuguese version. At the reception desk you need to hope that there is someone on duty who speaks English. Restaurants, bars and in the spa is only Portuguese. Do not expect to use the entertainment as well. They do not make any announcements in English, still they yell almost for hours into the microphone and the music is so loud that you need to yell at your partner to exchange a word. You can truly see that they try to avoid talking to you because they know there is no way of communication. Mostly the guest ignore the rules anyway, they eat inside the pool, attend the restaurants in Bathing suite and even in the a la carte restaurant we saw many people in flip flops and tank top. We tried the Portuguese restaurant and the Mediterranean Restaurant. The second one was amazing, the first one a disappointment. The dinner was over after 30 minutes. After 4 days we asked for a talk with the hotel manager. And apparently the problem is well known. They tried to make it better and translated us the menu in English… sadly none of the waiters in the restaurant knew about it.. We loved the hotel area and our room, but because there was no day where we didn’t struggle with any service because of the language we didnt enjoy it.

The staff is very friendly, Dayane from restaurant reservations is the sweetest and helpful person in the hotel. Theo the bartender and waitress make the best caipirinhas and will give you the best service. The food was great, the only recommendation is that the pool needs more cleaning… great time at the hotel!! Thanks

Infelizmente não temos boas recomendações dessa estadia. Começaremos pelo o que foi bom: spa (com atendimento bom da Adriana e Maria do Carmo), boa carta de massagens, feito na hora marcada. Piscina aquecida não estava funcionando. A cama no quarto era confortável e a limpeza era boa com troca diária de toalhas. Frigobar era reabastecido com agua e refrigerante. Agora os pontos negativos: poucos funcionários trabalhando nos pontos de retirada de bebidas (ex drinks), fazendo com que sempre tivesse filas. Sabor da comida muito ruim. Fomos no restaurante a lá carte Português e simplesmente foi o pior bacalhau que já comi na vida. Mesma coisa aconteceu no restaurante Mediterrâneo, com o tartar de atum e salmão. A noite asiática foi um desastre, com os sashimis tendo sido cortados de uma forma grotesca, com espinhas e pele ainda nos peixes. Conto nos dedos as refeições que comemos quente e bem temperadas. Uma outra decepção foi com a tapioca no café da manhã, mais uma vez com poucos funcionários perante a demanda do hotel, era feita de qlqr forma, com os recheios sendo colocados frios. É um absurdo pensar que a tapioca que como na feira da rua do RJ é melhor do que a feita em um mega hotel no nordeste. Pouca manutenção das barracas na praia, muito lixo na areia (vai também da educação de cada um, mas até por se tratar de área de preservação o hotel deveria recolher após a saída do hóspede da praia). Hotel bom para quem quer quantidade, porém que não se importe com a qualidade.

Um hotel maravilhoso com excelente acomodações, uma ótima infraestrutura, com variedades de comidas de muita qualidade , funcionários atenciosos , eu recomendo a todos à desfrutar desse lindo resort.

Excelente hotel, muy buena opción de estar en un all inclusive muy cerca del centro del Fortaleza.
