호텔에 도착해서 체크인을 하고 방에 들어가니 방이 제대로 청소되지 않은 게 분명했습니다.그런 다음 리셉션에 가서 말했더니 사람을 보내겠다고 했습니다.30분 동안 방을 청소하는 사람을 기다렸는데 리셉션에 있는 여자가 방이 다 깨끗하다고 ​​해서 올라가서 침대만 갈아줬습니다…리셉션으로 돌아가서 여자에게 말했더니 사람을 다시 데려와서 살펴보겠다고 했습니다…청소부가 와서 청소부라고 했습니다.분주한 호텔이고 직원이 부족하다는 건 알지만 깨끗한 방에 돈을 내고 들어갔는데 침대에 *****개의 머리카락이 있고 변기 세면대에는 얼굴 털이 널려 있다면 그건 용납할 수 없는 일입니다.카디프 여행에서 깨끗한 방에 들어가려고만 2시간을 허비했습니다.그렇게 기대했던 여행의 나쁜 시작이었습니다.

기차역과 매우 가까워서 몇 분이면 도착할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 시설은 매우 합리적인 호텔 요금으로 여행자에게 좋습니다.

The location is superb. It is adjacent to the Cardiff Central train station and not far from the Central market and Cardiff Castle. The check-in and check-out process by front desk are simple and not taking long time.

Wasn't great mostly due to the fact that you had Taxi drivers outside beeping horns all hours of the night. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. As well as the Fire alarm going off at about 10:40pm. I had to check out by 04:50 Am to catch a train and I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30am This hotel is however right next to Cardiff Central Station so perfect for Travelling by train. Which is why I booked here. After explaining my stay to reception I asked for a bottle of water for my travels and it was given to me complimentary which I really appreciated. The hotel Staff were polite and welcoming, however and the room was quite clean. TV didn't work however which is a shame.

Good central location just yards from Cardiff central station , nice clean rooms and friendly staff

Location of the hotel is right next to the train station. Plentiful of eatries and bars all within 5 to 10 mins walk of each other.
