Beautiful property. Stunning views. Clean comfortable rooms. Outstanding food and wine. The staff was exceptional. An excellent experience all around!

What a marvelous, luxurious, exquisite resort this is. Lovely rooms in a ancient Italian farmhouse complex, drinks on a terrace overlooking the Valdichiana - home of the Chiana cattle - a marvelous spa complex with two pools...did I mention the Michelin-starred restaurant and cooking classes with the wonderful Chef Silvia Baracchi? Stunning. Just stunning.

Beautiful rooms and grounds. Roses were exuberant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful cooking class with Sylvia and Richard. Our stay was just wonderful!

A very pleasant stay where everything just felt right. The food was impeccable from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Dinner was enjoyed outside with a great view to accompany great food and first class service. Our room full of character was located a short distance from the restaurant and breakfast area providing us a walk in the garden on our way. The spa and pool area added pleasure and relaxation to our stay.

We loved everything about Il Falconiere. The delicous food, the relaxing spa, the beautiful room and the super fun cooking class. I have been bragging about this place to all my friends and family because it's a must see. Sylvia Baracchi, the owner and Michelin Chef was an amazing host and made us feel so welcomed. You have to take her cooking class when you visit! Bravo to all of the staff too!

Spent 3 days at the Flaconiere hotel. Wife used the spa. It was great. The tasting menu at the restaurant was fabulous. Took a cooking class there as well. Was second only to the restaurant in a 12 day trip to Italy.

Beautiful property, great Villa room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast service and room service; we will try the restaurant on our next stay. One of our best lodging experiences in Italy.

This beautiful property has everything you need for a stay in Cortona. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the turn down service in the evening was appreciated. The pool and spa area is large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant. Breakfast had anything you could want, and the dinner was fantastic. There are several places on the property to sit and enjoy the view.

Loved everything about this property. It set the tone when they collected our documents and said let’s have some of our wine grown onsite while we do the paperwork. People were so nice and restaurant is unbelievable. Staff so fantastic and joked with us. Cooking class was so fun.
