Riverside Retreat - boater's paradise! Private dock on the Snake River.

Game room, private dock. Peaceful, uncrowded, wide area of the Snake River. Boats are sparse on the river, you will have 20+ miles of freedom to boat, kayak, canoe, jet ski, wakeboard/surf, etc. The house has easy river access and a private dock, just bring your favorite water toys or rent them in nearby Burley. There is no boat launch at the house, but the marina is a short 5 minute drive away. Launch your boat, then cruise on up to our private dock and gazebo area for the rest of your stay. We are near the City of Rocks, Shoshone Falls, ATV trails, Pomerelle Ski Resort, Craters of the Moon and lots of other cool day trips. Whatever the season, you will find many activities, or just hang out and relax at the house. The house is great for your whole family or multiple families, with three large living areas (living room, game room and TV room), two decks, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main floor has one bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area and one full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a TV room and game room. Lots of windows throughout the home let in sunlight and the gorgeous views! Wireless internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen. All bed linens and towels provided. The two decks (one on each level of the home) provide areas to gather and enjoy the views of the river and its amazing sunsets. The large yard gives you plenty of space from the neighbors, and there is a propane grill. The lower yard has a dock, gazebo, and grassy space. Master bedroom on the main floor has a California King bed with full bathroom next to it. 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has 1 Queen bed. 3rd bedroom (upstairs) has 2 Queen beds and bunk bed (2 Twins). Dining table seats 10 with additional outdoor seating on the deck. You will find all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Play outside all day, then head up to the house to relax and enjoy the sunset. PLEASE NOTE: Our house is not set up to charge electric vehicles, and doing so will overload our system. DO NOT plug in your electric vehicle -- if you do so, you will be charged for any damages caused including but not limited to excess electricity charges, damages to outlets, and damages to electrical wires.
