The hotel is ideally set up for hosting weddings - between the amphitheater, the chapel the photo opportunities and the reception opportunities - the venue is second to none. The staff were awesome at every turn ensuring nothing was left to chance. Paola was second to none on wedding planning, details and execution and Lara the sommelier was also above and beyond in wine and food service. Thank you to everyone ar Castwllo di Casole for making our wedding event so memorable.

This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed here an evening in may. We had dinner at the Emporio del Castello, choosing to sit in front of the old castle oven: their pizza and bread are really good! We also ate the cappellacci filled with pappa al pomodoro and the scallops, each dish so delicious. All accompanied by the wine proposals of the maître Angelo. I think that the Chef, Daniele Sera, is the best that I ever met. Actually, all the staff is very kind, professional and attentive to details. I'm looking forward to return to Castello di Casole for a new food and wine experience.

The Belmond Castello di Casole exceeded our expectations in every way. We had trouble getting to Florence due to delayed flights and missed connections. We were able to get to Rome around 9pm and the hotel sent a car to the Rome airport for us so we did not have to stay overnight in Rome. We wanted to extend our stay since we lost a whole day, and they were able to accommodate us. Elena (sp?) from the concierge desk was so kind and helpful. When we finally arrived at our beautiful Olivetto suite just before midnight, a beautiful feast of charcuterie, cheese and focaccia was spread out on the table!! It was the best surprise! The hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous and a beautiful fragrance permeates due to the roses and flowering vines everywhere. We also enjoyed the hotel’s complimentary wine tasting and meeting the focaccia baker. He gave us bread straight from the oven and it was the most delicious focaccia ever! We loved our dinner at Tosca and our dinner at Emporio, and also enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch in the courtyard with Tuscan cooking, live music and local artisans. My husband loved his massage at the spa and I appreciated all the Acqua di Parma toiletries in the suite. Thank you, Belmond Castello di Casole, for a magical stay!!

Can’t say enough about our incredible time at Castello di Casole. Traveled in May with our 11 month old baby. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and made traveling with an infant as easy as possible. From the food to the views to the room and amenities - everything exceeded our expectations. Even the fragrant blooms were inviting, every morning on our way to breakfast! Hope to return very soon!

Gourmet restaurant Tosca, is a culinary delight. The exquisite dishes, picturesque views, and attentive service create a memorable dining experience. Angelo, the remarkable restaurant manager, adds a personal touch that enhances the overall charm of the place. A must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Tuscany in a luxurious setting

I am writing this review as I drive away from the paradise that is Castello di Casole - I just couldn’t wait. We had a dream vacation here, made infinitely even more special by the most incredible staff, led by wonderful GM, Alessandro. No detail is overlooked at this hotel. The food and drinks are delicious, the grounds are serene, and truly, the genuine friendliness (and helpfulness) of every single team member is unparalleled. We’ll be back, Castello di Casole! We miss you already.

Castello di Casole is the best place we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve been lucky to stay at a lot of nice places). It was so comfortable and peaceful here, looking out on the Tuscan countryside from our patio, or having breakfast or dinner in the central courtyard. Our suite was one of the largest we’ve ever stayed in, with a dining area, sitting area, patio, bedroom, walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom. We’ve gotten suites with similar square footage a few other places, but they’ve tended to feel generic, like pre-furnished condos. This suite had personality, with contemporary furniture and pink and green accent colors. We didn’t have time to try the heated infinity pool, but the breakfast buffet was the best of our two-week Italy trip. They even had a gluten-free chocolate-hazelnut croissant available for my wife. We also had dinner at their “casual” restaurant our first night there (actually quite elegant) and liked it so much we came back the next night. The only “drawback” was that there’s nothing within walking distance of the resort. We drove to visit Siena and do wine tastings in Montalcino and the Chianti Classico area.

This hotel is pure perfection! I cannot express how much we loved staying here and the outstanding service we received. Many hotels claim to be 5 or 6 star when they are not, but the Belmond Castello di Casole is 6 star in every category. From the time you drive up the long driveway until you check out, the amazing staff will cater to your every need with kindness and expertise. Location is excellent - we found it an ideal home base for our day/half day trips to Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The rooms are outstanding (we stayed in one of the Tinaia suites) with excellent amenities and decorated in a high end, Tuscan fashion, with little gift type touches left each evening at turn down service. Meals were excellent, the grounds were beautiful and we will have to return when it is warmer to enjoy the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan Countryside! Service alone makes this beautiful hotel extra special. I can't remember names of all of the wonderful people who assisted us, but I will recognize Elena, Romina, Salvatore, Ramzi and the fantastic front desk staff and even the valet driver (who went above and beyond our first night when our GPS failed us!). Excellent concierge staff who recommended a wonderful private walking tour of Siena, expert parking location assistance in these villages, and perfect winery and restaurant recommedations in each of our stops (we especially loved Le Torri in Montereggioni!). Thank you to this lovely hotel and team who really added a special touch in making our 30th anniversary trip one to remember!!
