이것은 Pestana Hotel 체인이 관리하는 다소 우아한 Pousada입니다. 리셉션에서 체크인하는 것은 고통이없고 신속했습니다. 직원들은 일반적으로 즐겁고 친절했습니다. 우리 침실은 주차장이 내려다보이는 1층에 있었습니다. 우리는 보안을 위해 창문을 닫고 사생활을 위해 커튼을 닫아야 했습니다. 침실은 쾌적하게 가구가 비치되어 있고 좋은 상태였습니다. 침대는 킹 사이즈였고 매우 편안했습니다. 옷을 걸 수 있는 공간이 많았고 방의 크기는 여행 가방을 편리하게 보관할 수 있는 공간이 거의 없었습니다. 방에는 냉장고가 있었지만 미니바는 없었습니다. 내가 말할 수있는 한 포르투갈 프로그램 만있는 텔레비전도있었습니다. 영어 프로그램을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 제한된 시간 동안이 호텔에 머물고 TV를보고 싶지 않았기 때문에 이것은 실제로 문제가되지 않았습니다. 욕실은 욕조와 샤워 시설이 모두 있는 실내 욕실이 있습니다. 욕조 플러그가 없었고 호텔 직원이 나를 위해 욕조 플러그를 찾을 수 없었기 때문에 욕조는 쓸모가 없었습니다. 씻을 수 있는 미지근한 따뜻한 물이 많이 있었습니다. 그러나 뜨거운 물을 마시려면 인내심이 필요합니다. 뜨거운 물이 우리 방에 도착하기 전에 평생 걸렸습니다. 다른 손님이 같은 문제를 겪지 않았기 때문에 우리 침실은 보일러에서 약간 떨어져 있었을 것입니다. 뜨거운 물을 기다리는 동안 많은 물이 낭비되었습니다. 이것은 호텔 경영진의 욕실에 전시된 표지판/고지에서 지시한 대로 ”행성을 구하는” 좋은 방법이 아니었습니다. 세면대의 플러그가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 이 호텔에서 세탁을 하는 것이 약간의 고통임을 깨닫게 될 것입니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 따뜻한 요리와 차가운 요리로 선택할 수 있는 것이 많았습니다. 라운지 바는 편안하고 쾌적하게 꾸며져 있습니다. 목욕 플러그 부족을 제외하고 호텔은 좋은 상태와 장식 순서를 가지고 있습니다.

해변에서 4분, 기차역에서 5분 거리에 있는 훌륭한 위치. 아래층에 있는 쇼핑 센터. 수영장과 합리적인 아침 식사. 객실은 약간 낡았지만 여전히 괜찮습니다.

호텔은 전반적으로 괜찮지 만 내 경험은 정말 논란이됩니다. 장점: 돈을 위해 좋은 가치. 위치는 꽤 중심적입니다. 깨끗한 객실. 때때로 리셉션 근처의 휴식 공간에서 라이브 음악. 단점: 청소 과정은 인식을 망치고 있습니다. 논리도 정확한 타이밍도 없으며 문에 ”방해 금지”라는 표시가 있는 방에 들어갈 수도 있습니다. 방음이 좋지 않아 모든 외부 소음이 쉽게 들릴 수 있습니다. 리셉션 사람들은 더 친절할 수 있습니다(눈 접촉이 있을 때 고객에게 미소를 지으며 ”안녕하세요”라고 말함). 아직 아침을 먹어본 적이 없습니다.

Hotel was great for what we needed, free parking and close to the venue we needed for a show. Problems they are going through refurbishment so had to switch rooms because of noise. And needed help to understand a/c settings. No need for online check in. Still had to go through the whole process at check in. Staff friendly. Room and bathroom standard and more than ample for short stay. We were there one night.

저와 4살 아들이 주말 동안 이곳에 머물렀는데 정말 환상적이었습니다! 체크인 후 도착했을 때 프런트 데스크에서 이메일로 훌륭한 소통을 받았기 때문에 도착하자마자 바로 객실로 올라갈 수 있었습니다. 위치가 좋고, 현대적이고 깨끗하며 상쾌한 인테리어와 매우 친절한 직원이 있습니다. 침대는 편안했고, 욕실은 넓고 에어컨이 있었습니다. 찬장에는 여분의 침구도 충분히 있어서 날씨가 갑자기 바뀌면 시트를 이불로 바꿀 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 가격이 좋았고, 유럽식 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 아들은 눈에 보이는 모든 것을 먹었고, 팬케이크까지 만들어서 대접해 주었습니다! 간식이나 음료를 간단히 먹을 수 있는 온종일 이용할 수 있는 정직 바도 있었는데, 가격도 적당했습니다. 도보로 5분 거리에 지역 식료품점, 약국, 카페, 레스토랑이 있어서 아이들과 함께 여행할 때 매우 유용합니다. 신트라 자체는 아름다웠고, 아들은 전망을 좋아했고, 퀸타 다 레갈레이라를 방문하고 '성'을 발견했습니다! 언덕 위에 있습니다. 신트라는 미세기후를 가지고 있어서 날씨가 예상보다 바람이 많고 시원할 수 있다는 점을 알아두세요! 모든 직원과 친절한 손님들이 우리를 집처럼 느끼게 해 주셔서 감사드리고, 이 사랑스러운 호텔을 100% 추천합니다.

Really lovely hotel.which is kept spotless and staff are all so helpful and friendly..The lifts were a pain waiting for them.and it's not very obvious where stairs are... Food was delicious and pool kept spotless...Will.definitely return to this great place.Food

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, bem arrumado e os quartos são de um tamanho ótimo. O pequeno almoço está bom para o conceito de um boutique hotel. Apenas dou 4 na limpeza, não é porque o quarto não estava limpo, ele estava bem limpo, mas apanhei alguns bicharocos a passearem, como uma lesma e uma aranha com tamanho simpático que era residente no wc. Mas adorei e voltarei 🥂

This was our third time to come here, and our second time to stay as hotel guests, and it was a memorable, delicious visit just like the previous ones. While we were in Spain on a trip through Andalusia, a Portuguese friend told us he was having a birthday party in Lisbon. After consulting the itinerary, we canceled one night in Spain, drove from Cordoba to Lisbon, went to our friend's party, spent the night here at this hotel, and drove to Seville, Spain the day after our friend's party. Yes, it was a lot of driving, but it's not every day we get invited to a Portuguese birthday party and are able to attend. We did not have dinner here as we have in the past, but the room we got was by far the nicest one on this entire 10-day Iberian trip. The room was large, modern, with a huge window overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Guincho Beach. The bed was firm, as is the custom in Europe, comfortable, with immaculately clean linens. The bathroom was spotless and modern too, and the walk-in shower was perfect. After we checked in, we took a walk around the hotel remembering the previous memorable times we've spent here and were pleased to see the owner, Toni, in the bar. He stood up, warmly welcomed us, remembered us from earlier visits (February, 2023 and 2022), and asked about us, our family, and why we were in Lisbon. The gentleman is about 94 years old and still works at his family's hotel-restaurant every day. Such friendly hospitality is sorely lacking in the travel industry, and we love his personal touch. Breakfast the next morning was filling and tasty: a large assortment of breads, pastries, eggs, meats, fresh fruits, and cereals with plenty of coffee, milk, juices, and water. We especially enjoyed the Palmier cookies! Having breakfast at a table overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is a fabulous way to start any day. While we were not expecting to stay here this year, we were delighted to have been able to and see Mr. Toni again. If this outstanding level of customer service appeals to you, this could be your new favorite place to stay.
