에덴 블루 호텔

호텔은 가성비가 별로입니다. 그것은 스스로를 '고급' 호텔로 청구하고 그에 따라 요금을 청구하지만 그렇지 않습니다. 건물은 인상적이며 객실은 훌륭하지만 실제로 '럭셔리'하게 만드는 모든 추가 기능이 부족합니다. 미니 바, 객실 내 에스프레소 머신 없음, 리셉션의 열악한 서비스, 룸 서비스는 11시에 종료됩니다. 오후 10시에 호텔 바가 있고 아침 식사는 평범합니다.

다른 해에 여러 번 방문한 후에 제공되는 서비스 품질은 일관되게 제공된다고 말해야 합니다. 고객 서비스 직원은 종종 간과되지만 여기 직원은 따뜻하고 친절하며 자신의 강점을 알고 항상 최고의 서비스를 제공할 준비가 되어 있습니다. 이것은 단지 일을 끝내기 위해 겉치레를 하고 일을 할 수 없는 종류의 산업입니다. 진정한 양질의 서비스를 제공하는 모든 수용 직원에게 감사드립니다. Bourgeois 식당에서 Owen에게 외쳐보세요.

Bad service no possibility to shower during a late return flight Room with yellow flaws and smells like mold! Air conditioning leaking shower not clean tiles broken on the toilet hangs a cable loose no idea what it is for. And very noisy!!! Staff not friendly. Have been 2 weeks and traveled around the islands but nowhere experienced this like here.

An ok stay at the Eden bleu, where we stayed overnight before transferring to resort. It was perfectly satisfactory for this purpose. Nice rooms, good complimentary breakfast and the staff at check in were great. Good pool, and restaurant on site. I would have given the hotel 4 stars, but our room stank of cigarette smoke when we checked in and the bathrooms had not been cleaned properly, lot of grime and some undesired unwanted hair in a few places. I’m sure this ain’t the normal thing and maybe cleaning staff were rushed.

All this hotel has its location and they think that is all you should expect, even for a stiff + $500 / night. From arrival/ check in where nobody is there, no refreshment or towel offered, slow reception staff, the first impression is that there is no management or concept of hospitality standard here: they just treat guests like cattle. As we arrived after previous online check-in from a 8 pm flight, there was no porter, check in was slow and tedious: as there was a special event in the main hall, the music and drunk attendants were swarming the lobby: our room was on the party side, we requested another room but were told that maybe they would try to get another room ready later ( !) , the music lasted till 11pm. The staff at the restaurant is as poorly trained and motivated, leaving dirty dishes on tables long after guests are gone, pool side is dirty with scattered towels and plates/glasses: when I asked the GM to contact me, I was told that he was not there over week-ends ! way to go to manage the place. Clearly, this is a tourist trap without any leadership or supervision/accountability. Flee that dump at all costs, there are many better alternatives only $15 taxi fare away...even if you have a sailing trip planned at the marina like we did :)
